Love it. Water tastes good. I had a question and called their customer service line, left a message, they called me back the next day. The representative (Helen) had great communication skills and was very helpful in explaining how to drain the system/start it up.

I had anticipated calling a plumber to install the unit. I started attaching the various hoses and filters and the instructions were so easy to understand I decided to install it myself. Its not too hard to install and the water tastes great.

We are on well water - we toyed back and forth with the decision to get the filer specifically for the well or not. This works amazing. In our case, I am glad we didn't spend the extra money for the filter specifically for the well. It did not affect our water pressure in any way. We are vey happy with this product!
