I want RO water, and hate the fact that most ro units have waste water. This RO500 meets my expectations perfectly. Less waste water, no tank, looks great- you can have all this without sacrificing the quality of the water coming out of the faucet! And by the way, the faucet gives you tds numbers when you get water. How thoughtful!

I bought the RO500 unit in March this year. I did have to get used to my coffee tasting different, as there is no funky taste-Just pure water!

My water tastes much better than even bottled water now. I have the HM Digital TDS-4 Pocket Size TDS Tester Meter: Tap water was at 320 ppm. Filtered water is at 22 ppm. It's like magic.

I was concerned before buying this unit that the space under my sink would be too limited to install and that I might mess something up with the install. But after I received the system, I was not worrying any more. The unit is very compact (with no tank) and the installation was way easier than I thought. I did have some questions during the installation and their customer service was very helpful.

The system was shockingly well-designed with the home-handyman in mind. Filter change is easy- just twist and lock. No need to go through the wrench loosening and tightening process ever again!
