I love the clean water from this ro system, but not so much with the waste water. So I ran the drain tube to the laundry tub instead of the sink drain to save water - it works with no problem. You can do this too if you want to save the "wastewater".

Water was tasting metallic for first couple of days other than that no complaints. I never got around to changing the prefilters like I was supposed to and I still register 2ppm on my TDS meter.

We had 175 ppm in TDS from tap water. After we installed this system it is down to 2 units! It impressed the Health Dept guy that tested our water!!!! The RO system has been completely effective and reliable.

Ice tastes good and does not smell like it used to anymore! We did lose a bit of space in the cabinet under the sink, but we're glad to trade that for the water filter pitcher that took up space in the refrigerator and on the counter.

It took me 1 hour to set up this system. The RO ice cube made of filtered water is clear with no air bubbles.

I can't taste any difference between this water and the Spakletts I was having delivered. The tap that came with my unit looks exactly like the one pictured. Wish I installed the unit earlier so I would have saved a lot of money on water delivery!

Nice system. Only downside is if you install in the sink cabinet you will use up a majority of the space.
