a lot easier to install than expected. followed you tube and printed directions and was less than 2 hours. been using everyday and no problems. I would like to find a alkaline filter to increase the ph some. a very good product and does what it is supposed to.

Nice one but if we expose water in air for long time the taste of water will change but the taste is equal to bottled water

This is the second RO system I have installed in my house. After 4 years with the old one and several filter changes I decided to replace it.Connection was just as easy at the first unit, actually connected the new hoses to the same fittings as the old RO systemThe water tastes great and I now have it connected to my refrigerator ice makerWould definitely recommend this unit

...its easy to install!I purchased this about six months ago when we moved in to a new house and it sat there for half a year - many other things came up and just never had time. Eventually I got some installation quotes from plumber and they ranged from $500 to $700.... I finally had a free weekend and was able to install the system in about a day and it was really about ~4 hours of real time. (I did run into a couple hiccups but both of those were specific to the plumbing in my house.) Otherwise the installation is very straightforward, e.g. fittings are very straightforward - in part due to the YouTube video, which is a huge help and great resource that really clarifies the written directions. So a great system but even better that its reasonable to install it yourself, which means great water at a reasonable price.As for the system itself - the water tastes great. We have been buying and re-filling water containers at the grocery store for some time and it is great to have RO water right from the sink. It tastes just as good as the water we purchased from the grocery store and (in my opinion) just as good as our friend who has Culligan water delivery. We have the 6 stage which adds the minerals for taste.
