I cant add much to all the sterling reviews already listed here. My son-in-law had one and really liked it. He sent me the Amazon link. I purchased it. I was concerned that it would be too complicated for me to install. My son-in-law went through my plan with me (I wanted to split the feed to our refrigerator and decided to install the filters in the basement). I wanted to try the installation myself. He was to be my back up. I was pleasantly surprised as to how straight forward the installation was. I had to purchase a few fittings to accommodate the split feed to the refrigerator though. I enjoyed the installation exercise and recommend it to anyone with moderate "fix-it" abilities.Oh, and the water tastes great.

Very happy with this system. Love the end stage filter that re-mineralizes. Ph is neutral (we tested several times), and water tastes very good. Down-side to this (as with most RO systems): can only get about 2 gallons of water at one time. This is a pain when I am making volumes of tea or other drinks...so I have to plan ahead for the recovery time.

Had some issues with this unit right off the hop but i-spring has excellent customer service and mailed the parts and required items within hours of contacting them.

Entire system along with everything needed for installation minus tools was supplied and shipped very quickly. I had a small problem with the RO filter enclosure O-Ring breaking when trying to seal the cartridge due to the fact it would not seat in the cap very well and was cut when hand tightening. iSpring provided additional O-Rings which was nice but the other O-Ring had the same issue so after 2 broken O-Rings trying to hand tighten I went to the big box store and purchased heavy duty O-Rings which fit snug in the end cap and had no problem falling out of place while hand tightening. Once the O-Ring issue was resolved it was smooth sailing and the unit has worked perfectly. I also purchased the ice maker kit and now I have quality water drinking at the supplied faucet (ground water temperature) and refrigerated water and clear ice at the refrigerator.I would have rated the item 5 stars if I did not have the issue with the RO O-Ring and feel that iSpring should provide heavier duty O-Rings or at least ones that will stay put in the end cap while screwing the filter enclosure end cap on.
