Works well and was easy to set up. I ended up installing this in the basement underneath a utility tub to save space as while this is an effective system it does take up space. I bought extra hosing to be able to reach the supplied faucet on the sink. I placed the T to the refrigerator in the basement as well so I can get cold RO water out of the fridge. Installation did take longer a I removed my sprayer hose and had to cap its end underneath the faucet. Overall very satisfied with it. PPM out of the tap is ~160PPM and is now down to 17-18PPM. Very glad I paid the couple extra dollars for the Alkalinity filter.

I have owned this system for almost 2 years and I recommend it to everyone. I was paying $50 a month on bottled water for my family. This not only payed for itself in less than 5 months, but the water actually tastes better. I also like the fact that it adds minerals back to the water after filtering.Installation is simple if you are fairly handy. They also have a video on YouTube that shows you all the steps. I had to buy a fitting to connect it to my water line, cost me less than $2. That is understandable because everyone has different types of water connections under their sink.I also bought 3 years of filters from iSpring for a very reasonable price. Never going back to bottled water or city water again.

Ive been very pleased with this water filtration system. After getting frustrated with my previous water filter (de-ionized resin) I decided to go with an RO system. I did my research and after reading the reviews the iSpring 6 stage seemed like a good fit for me and my family. Having used it for over a year now I have been very pleased. It was simple to install and produces great tasting water. It would be nice if it had a bit more water pressure for filling up larger containers of water, but overall the flow rate is pretty good.

After reading the instructions and watching the installation video this is really, really easy to setup. I ran into a problem during the installation. I had a minor leak and I over tightened it when trying to fix the problem. I accidentally cracked a part doing this. I talked with customer support and they shipped out a replacement part (no cost for the part or shipping and handling free of charge.) I think the problem was actually that the o-ring moved so well call this user error. On top of that, the existing hole in my counter top was just a little too large for the supplied cover for the water faucet. I asked what that part number was so I could order a larger size or else just go pick one up at the hardware store. Much to my delight, they included that part also free with my replacement part. Great product but ever BETTER customer service! I would totally buy the same product again and will be ordering my replacement filters from them in the future.I tested the water with a TDS meter and it was 156 straight out of the faucet. That is pretty good by itself. After I installed this, Im now down to 14. I imagine those are all coming from the alkaline mineral stage and that if i removed that stage just to test it would probably be 0 :) To compare, my fridge filter only moved from 156 to 152 (so basically it does nothing but still costs $50, I wont buy one of those again.) My Britta filter takes it from 156 to 125.
