I have had this system for a year and a half already and I am very happy with it. I am careful about the water I drink and hate wasting money on bottled water knowing that they are exactly the same as filtered water -if not worse- with the negative environmental effect of caps and bottles. After researching, I found the RO system as the best option for me, but it was priced ridiculously high until I came across the iSpring system.It had good reviews with a reasonable price and reasnolable filter replacement pricing as well. I was hesitant though because of the installation process.After receiving it, it took me almost two hours with a couple of trips to home depo because the size of my pipes were different, but I got it installed with zero leaks. It is not an easy process, but not so difficult if you are used at fixing things yourself at home.The water tastes so good that even some of our guests noticed the difference. We use the water in a glass electric kettle for tea and coffee and the kettle never had any deposits since we used this filter. I replaced the filters twice already and the system has been working so good since then.Lately I had an issue where the system was continously using water. The customer service lady helped me with this, and they will send me a replacement shut-off valve for free. This makes me comfortable knowing that the product is backed with good customer service. I highly recommend it. Now get it and stop thrashing our earth with plastic bottles :)

Great product and I love it!12/23/2014 UpdateAfter 24 hours of rinse filter PPM went down to 10 ppm which is somithing as I expected but not at the perfect level.So I would update my review that "I like this item" and I think 4,5 stars is ok.Hi,Received today and installed right away.Installation: Really easy, system completely preassembled. Will take you about one hour installation maybe little bit more if you do it first time.I saw a lot of reviews like:It works!Five stars!Will recommend!Excellent product!And I didnt see any test result comparison water with and without RO unit which is why you bought this, right? So how did you decide that this works? Just because you can get some water thru OR system which probably better? How much is better, how did you evaluate? Common guys! You spent 300-400 for OR system and didnt spend 20 for simple TDS tester?My tap water is moderate good and usually between 115 and 130 ppm. Right after RO installation became 95-99 ppm which is less for sure but absolutely unacceptable for new RO unit. I most definitely sure that my ppm level will go down in 1-2 days of rinse but I dont believe that this is going to reach any close to ideal drinking water (0-50 ppm).I expected to see something between 5-10 ppm and when it will reach over 20 ppm means that I probably need to change filters.I`ll review again in few days.

We no longer have to go to the "water store" to get water. In the long run this will save us hundreds a year. This kit is great, and easy to put together, there is another comment or review either on this site or another that has you add the alkaline before the tank, and I agree with that. Works well. You can piece this together by buying the components separate, and save a little money. When I looked it was a savings of about $30, and all it required was buying the alkaline filter and the plastic mounts for the alkaline filter separate. If you run a longer water line from the unit to the alkaline filter, you wouldnt need the mounts. One other piece of advice is to put shutoff valves between nearly every component (at least the filters to the alkaline filter) so you dont have to worry about leaks when changing stuff. I did that with mine, and it has made maintenance a lot easier. It also helps if you want to fill up a large jug with the line from the tank without having to use the faucet in the sink, because you can easily disconnect it and use the shutoff valve to prevent a spill; just make sure you give yourself some extra water hose for this (its relatively cheap from the local hardware store).

Worked pretty well. Some of the comments about having to re-cut the lines to get a flush fit were spot on, but it wasnt much trouble. You MUST watch the youtube video, which is only slightly out of date with the hardware I received, but it made it a lot easier to get this done.Overall Im pleased and would recommend this product

Wanted to wait for a bit before writing a review. This system is perfect for our needs! We get bottled water service at our office and the water coming out of our iSpring system tests the same as the bottle service. Great job iSpring at a great price. Well worth the investment!

Once installed, we enjoyed a very low ppm (18) for the water that came from the tap. Worked really well! We had some issues later on but customer support was very helpful and "did the right thing". Great company.

Well its been a couple weeks now since Ive installed the system and I am very happy with it. Minus one star because the installation was a bit frustrating with the instructions being not as clear as I would have liked. However, once it is up and running it is low maintenance and provides the whole house with clean fresh water. Would recommend to others!
