This is the second time weve purchased this RO system (we moved). My husband can install it in 1-2 hours, depending on where we set it up. The spigot in this upgraded kit is NICE. Modern and has a little weight to it, it really feels like a quality piece.The water tastes great. We plumbed a line to our sink and to our ice maker. The ice is crystal clear. We use the water for cooking and drinking for a family of 4 and have never had a problem with supply.At installation he did have a leak or two spring up, but nothing that a little teflon tape didnt fix.

Pros:Once installed and working properly water is fantastic. Make sure to watch iSpring YouTube installation video as included instruction manual is very confusing. Installation is not complicated except for one part - drinking facet thats included doesnt fit!!!!!!!!!!!!Not gonna go into details as others have gone into it.Cons:Make sure to buy yourself a water dripping pan. You can spend 5 bucks at a local grocery store and buy a 18 or 20 inch aluminum foil pan (for roasting turkey, etc) and put it under iSpring filters for a few days to make sure there is no leak. There will be some leaks on tube connections. You have readjust or wiggle it to make sure there is no leak.Major problem is with drinking water facet that came with it. It doesnt fit into the standard sink hole. Had to go to HomeDepot and buy a couple of washers to hold it in place but its not perfect. Called the company and they said its a known issue and they will send proper backing bracket right away. I am waiting for it to arrive to see if it will resolve facet issue.Another thing is that this will take up most of your space under the sink so if you have a big sink garbage disposal unit then you may want to measure before you order. Mine barely fit after several wiggling.Id have returned this unit since its facet installation issue and initial water leaks were so frustrating. Only reason I didnt return was that water tasted so good. Water leak stopped after reinserting and readjusting tubes. Will let you know about facet once I get back bracket from the company.Make sure to get that water dripping pan!

Ive had my iSpring RO filter for almost two years now. One of my filter caps started leaking so I ordered a replacement. About a month later another filter cap started leaking so I ordered two more figuring I would just replace them all and be done with it. I happened to write in the comments that this is the second cap I had to replace. The company emailed me back, refunded my money and told me to check my water pressure.Great customer service. I think other companies could learn a lesson here. Im telling everyone about the great iSpring RO filters available. Besides, I brew my own beer and love using the water from my iSpring filter because it takes out all off the chlorine taste and adds back the minerals that RO filters remove.
