Changing filters is easy - I do it myself, no helping hands needed. Although its not in the instructions, I always clean out the cylinders with soap and water and then disinfect with clorox and water before inserting new filters. Customer service is also stellar. This is the second time Ive called. No voice mail system to navigate, a person answers the phone and provides the needed information without transferring me to anyone else. The first time, an error was made packing my replacement filters and I received two of one and none of another - replacement was quick.

Im very happy with my iSpring reverse osmosis filter. Its simple to change and produced pristine water on demand.
