Well, I LOVE my iSpring 7-stage filter system. It's wonderful and the water tastes great. The instructions are excellent and there's several youtube videos as well. The System can be setup by those who can follow somewhat complicated instructions. I STRONGLY recommend knowing how you intend to set it up ahead of time. The system is pretty large, requires drilling if your sink doesn't already have the holes available and tapping into the water system AND a drainage point too. So its a little difficult if you don't have the space underneath your counter or if you can't get to a good drainage point. That and you need enough room for the storage tank too. So again, prechecks are important. The water tastes great and the system works without fail. I bought the system before the Coronavirus came out and I'm so glad I did. Also, when I had issues, Nick helped out greatly. The support is really good and top-notch and from America, not someone who barely speaks English. All in All, a great product.

Purchased May-27-2019 near 20 months ago. This has been a great asset to my home. It has made all the drinking water for my home and pets everyday since purchase . I've kept an eye on the TDS "Total Dissolved Solids" with a TDS meter thru out this 20 months . As of today Dec-12-2020 I just tested my total dissolved solids coming out of the faucet with out going thru the I spring ro system it read 180 on the TDS and I tested coming out of the ispring RO and it read 18 on the TDS meter . Both of these test where taken in a small cup of each water and dipping the meter in there for a reading. There is a ton of hard water problems in the area I live here in East Tennessee , and I prefer not to drink all that hard water nor give it to my dogs etc. I used to have to run vinegar thru my coffee pot about once a month or more to remove the lime and build up that clogged my coffee pot , and I have not had to one time in 20 months since purchasing this unit. From cooking to drinking, I hope to always have this or one of these units available. Its been a little blessing that i hope to add on to here in the near future to more utilize Ro water thru more areas of my home . Only issue I have had and it was not related to this manufacturer , was putting a "Malida" pressure gauge on my ispring ro system. The malida not affiliated with ispring brand pressure gauge at about 6 months blew apart one night at around 45 psi on my system. The malida pressure gauge I do not reccomend installing because of after looking at the insides it appeared to be very cheaply built. Thankfully ispring includes a valve in there system that stops / stifles the water flow if a burst occurs . If it would not have been for my late mothers little Yorkshire terrier pup that I have raised for her alerting me at 2 in the morning with erratic barking as if a rodent where under the sink ,as well as the ispring burst safety valve . My kitchen would have been flooded because of that malida gauge. I thanked and Praised the dog for her good work, and I thought man they sure did a good thing including that safety valve with the ispring system.Moral to the story : if you choose to put a pressure gauge on there , make sure its a darn good one and pay good for it as you might not be as fortunate as I was, id reccomend getting one from ispring if available. After that I decided to not have a pressure gauge on there for now. All in all I highly reccomend this system that comes from here in the USA, ive contacted the company that makes them down in Georgia . You get a extremely knowledgeable American on the phone that answers any of your questions right away that builds them on site. Highly reccomend these people, I hope they keep making there products available to us as it is much appreciated.

Money well spent! I've had an RO system since 2000 and after a recent remodel, I figured it was time to replace my old R/O unit. I bled every last drop out of that thing. I do a lot of research before any purchase and I had settled on the 5 stage R/O system and then I saw this 7 stage thing. I was like, "What?!!! Seven stages w/ UV and PH balanced for three hunny? I gotta see this!" I read the reviews and I jumped off the bridge. Most of the negative reviews are user error in my humble opinion. Yeah, the instructions could be better, but there are videos out there and it doesn't require a physics degree. If all else fails, look at the damn pictures! It's not simple, but it's not terribly difficult. Anyone with half a brain in their head should be able to install this thing in about 2-3 hours max. This is not a knock on women or fake men, but if you haven't done something like replace a faucet or something of that nature, then I would not recommend this project. It is a difficulty level 3.5 - 4 out of 5. The proof is in the ice cubes. Your ice should be damn near clear. If you have cloudy ice, then you need a new husband or someone to install this unit for you! My only reservation is that I think its' still a Chinese company pretending to be here in the U.S. It has that feel to it. If not, it is highly Chinese influenced. That's not a problem unless customer service suffers or the instructions are not clear and this product has that feel to it, so beware...

Install was very easy. i did however go right past pre- bleeding the system (the large 3 filters on the bottom) before re attaching the line to the upper smaller ro / alk. etc filters. the provided instructions pretty much stop at assembly and you need to go to video on you tube to pre- bleed and finalize install. i just hooked it all up, filled tank after an hour or so i opened the faucet provided (nice unit) until it was empty ( a trickle of water coming out ) did that 3 times and it works great, much better tasting water. if i messed up any filters doing it this way i will do it correctly in 6 months at the filter change interval. much cheaper than buying 5 gal. bottles of water, having to drive and get them lug them in/out of the truck and the house. that got old 6 bottles every 2-3 weeks our family likes good water. If i have any issues down the road i will post asap so far I LOVE IT

As a home owner on a water well system, I have always been a bit concerned about the quality of my water. I decided to add the ispring RCC7AK-UV system to my water supply. I'm so happy I did. To start with, installation was not at all difficult. The system comes with everything you need and easy to follow instructions. Just take it one step at a time. The hardest part of the installation for me was fitting myself under the sink. We use a water softener system that uses salt to soften the water. It works well, but it does leave a slight taste of salt in the water. The ispring reverse osmosis system removed all traces of that salty taste in the water. This is very important, especially if you're on a salt restricted diet. I did have an issue with a part, but both my telephone call and an email to ispring were returned promptly. A replacement part was received quickly and I was up and running in no time. I highly recommend this system. Glasses of water to pots of coffee, it all tastes better with the ispring system. Update: 8-23-18 We’ve been using the ispring system for a couple of months now. It still delivers on all levels. The water from the ispring system is GREAT. I prefer it over bottled water. The system functions beautifully. No leaks, no problems. I also had reason for another contact with the folks at ispring concerning another matter. They’re great to work with and I have found them to be extremely helpful and honest. Do business with this company for your water filter needs.

Bought this to put in a home I purchased that is on a well. Chose this one for the UV light and the attractive faucet that were included in the price. The system I had purchased for my previous home had neither and was more expensive. I was able to install it myself in just about an hour and installation was straightforward and simple. My previous system required a plumber. The faucet is of high quality and is a great match to my regular faucet, which is a bonus since they are side by side on my kitchen sink. I suffer from chronic auto-immune illness and clean water for drinking and cooking is essential. The UV light is critical to destroying any bacteria that may be associated with well water. It does require an electrical outlet to plug the UV light into so that is a consideration. This system even included a bonus water leak detector which is battery operated and simple to mount. The node sits on the cabinet floor with a 100db alarm which will activate upon detection of a leak. A great bonus feature. I have been using the system for a while now and am just as happy with it as I was the first day I turned it on and tested it. The water is fresh tasting and it is easy to tell it is being properly treated. You can install an optional TDS (total dissolved solids) unit in conjunction with this if you would like to monitor. I also purchased the add-on ice maker/refrigerator unit so that I get the same wonderful water and ice right from my fridge door. Extremely happy with quality, value and performance of this unit. Highly recommend.

It would just be wrong not to leave a highly positive review for this company.First of all, the system is in and works beautifully. We are no longer using tap water with dubious chemistry in it designed to protect our town's pipes, fluoride we can't opt out of, chlorine which is a good idea for keeping water safe, but not such a good idea for consumption, and Lord-only-knows-what else doing Lord-only-knows-what to us. I mean, I even feel like a better person giving it to the dog to drink. We are saving $$$ every trip to the grocery store not buying bottled water. We are enjoying great water right out of the tap. And we are greatly helping the environment by not dumping all of those big gallon plastic jugs into a recycling bin week after week, year after year. You can probably think of more reasons to filter your tap water. But, why choose iSpring? Well . . . it doesn't hurt that, after extensive handling of the product, I'm very convinced it's a quality item worth every penny I paid for it. But, the real icing on the cake is their customer service. Folks, this company is run by GOOD PEOPLE.So, in placing my order, I screwed up. I wasn't careful enough and I ordered a unit that came with a nickel plated faucet. It did not match our existing fixtures. So, I called customer service to see what, if anything, they could do for me. And I got Josh.I can't imagine how Josh could possibly have given me a more positive experience. I explained my mistake and I think he might have started packing a chrome faucet while we were still on the phone. He did ask for the nickel faucet I mistakenly ordered to be shipped back (fair enough!), but he didn't wait a split second to have the one I needed shipped to me.By the time we got off the phone, I felt like I was friends with this guy. He sent follow up emails to make sure I got the shipment OK and assured me that if I needed any further help, that I should make sure to call him. This company really wants you to have a great experience with them and their products. It's a company with a heart that builds great products well, stands behind them, and values their customer relationships. I really wish every company hired people like Josh and did business like iSpring.

I'm a chemical engineer who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years before my wife and I decided to open multiple investment property businesses. The consumer RO systems iSpring offers are well made, reasonably priced and perform very well. We've installed multiple systems in city and well water residential properties (in our own home, in client homes and for our tenants) - all have performed very well. But I'm especially impressed with the service the iSpring Company offers. They're totally committed to making sure all goes well and that's impressive. It's the same philosophy we have with our businesses. And for the record, I have no affiliation with the iSpring Company. Highly recommend without hesitation! Thank you iSprings! Keep up the good work!

We are pretty happy with this RO unit. We have had it installed for several months now. The install went well and the unit works well and works quietly. My only concerns are as follows: a) The water seems to come out of the tap pretty slowly. Not sure if this can be improved by applying my air pressure to the reserve tank or not. b) The tap is only offered in the brushed stainless color. Our sink and all attachments are white so it stands out like a sore thumb. c) The instructions need to be update to reflect what is actually in the kit. We had to call the help line to clarify some things that just didn't match the contents of the box. Otherwise the water smells and tastes good! Thank you..

I've been using this 7 stage system for a year now and it works great. Install was easy, I replaced an existing 10 yr old 3 stage system so the mounting, supply and drain lines were already complete. My hard NE Ohio well water now taste better than any bottled water. Especially like the UV light to kill the bacteria. The system came complete and with clear instructions. I would recommend this system.
