I ordered the 3-year supply in order to have my filters here when needed. I did not want to be using dirty filters while waiting on my new filters to be delivered. It also locked in my filter cost for 3-years. Prior to iSpring I had a Culligan RO unit, Their membrane alone was more than I spent for this 3-year supply which includes a new membrane.

Received product on time and installed the first set of filters. But then the drain water did not shut off. I called iSpring and the customer rep had me run some tests as he guided me. He determined that the Auto shut-off valve was not working as it should and sent me a new one, at no charge. I Installed the new Auto shut-off valve and the system worked very well.
