Just got it installed last night. So far so good, producing crystal clear ice. Was able to install in about 50 minutes, that included punching out a hole in our sink. The youtube video instructions were awesome. Works better than my prior WATTS system, nice, quiet. Able to fill our humidifier with pure water, so we are planning on keeping that thing running all the time now. Im just excited to have RO water again. Love it.

After extensive research I decided that Ispring offered the best product for the money. Quality is my first consideration when I purchase something and its not often that it goes together with a great price. I've been using this product for the last 6 months and my water is outstanding. The only problem is I can't stand to drink the water when I'm not at home. Seriously you will become aware of the difference if you get used to a multi stage filter so be warned. Final point Isprings service has been topnotch. Simple a great company with an awesome product.

Easily installed this unit under my kitchen sink, easy to follow instructions. Everything I needed was included in this kit. I purchased a TDS meter with my order and my water tested 850ppm before installation and 45ppm after well above the 90% removal rate it lists on spec sheet. Very happy with my decision to purchase this RO unit vs. renting one.

As far as the water taste is concerned, this filter doesn't fail me. My house is on a shallow well with a three stage whole house water filter but the water still tastes like mud. We can't be happier with the taste of water from this new filter. iSpring does a good job!

i have been using this product for about a month already. i am very satisfy for it: the water quality is good, taste good, and super quiet (comparing with my old RO water filter and other filters id used; i even dont know it is working already). Easy installation. definitely i will order one more for my mom. Highly recommend.

My wife was freaking out about the algal blooms in Lake Erie and the impact on water quality in our area. We purchased the iSpring RO system and she loves it. Despite the complex appearance it was relatively easy to install. The water tastes great. And, were no longer lugging home mass quantities of bottled water from the supermarket.
