The step by step instructions made it easy to install. The hard part was the area under my sink isn't huge. It doesn't take up a lot of room under the sink and it is so nice to have reverse osmosis drinking water.

I researched a tonne of systems before deciding on installing the iSpring RCC100P system. I installed it myself based on very systematic and clear instructions (text and videos). It was a surprisingly easy install albeit it took a bit longer as I am not a professional plumber :). The system is very easy to use and the water tastes amazing. The customer service has been astounding. They sent me a 6 month supply of filters as a good will gesture. Nick @ iSpring was amazingly responsive and easy to deal with. Keep up the good work folks.

We are very pleased with this product. We have a well water system that has very poor water quality, however after installing this filter system we have great drinking water and no longer need to purchase bottled water. Thank you Nick.

We love this system because it was really easy to install and produces water on demand. Switched from pitcher filter to this system was a great decision. Nice product for the price.

I started looking for a filter system after spending a lot of money buying filters for water pitcher and plug in faucet filter. On the water pitcher with filter, it's more for a one person use because you'll end up running out of filtered water and wait for couple of minutes again. The plug in faucet filter, it must be a cold water or you'll end up breaking your filter cartridge once hot water is used. We used hot water by accident a lot of times and end up replacing the cartridge. It took me about an hour installing this system and works great for us with 7 persons in our household. Saved money too because we don't buy bottled water anymore, just sometimes during travel. Just don't tighten the cartridges too much or you'll end up having hard time loosening it during your filter replacement. The rubber O ring is enough to seal it, no need to tighten it too much. The first issue came up after 2 years when the faucet itself started to drip even when it's closed. I guess it is just a normal wear and tear because this is the moving component on your system. I found a replacement faucet from a local hardware store. Keep your instruction manual because you'll need it when replacing your filter. The replacement filter I bought comes with the instructions but I used the manual because I disconnected those plastic lines so that I could work and clean it easily. I don't have that big space under my sink to easily move around. With over 3 years now, I would say this will be my complete review on my iSpring RO system and the replacement filters.

We have had this system now for a year, and our experience is that the system is great and care-free. The water tastes delicious. We just decided to also add the UV filter, as we are on a well, and that was equally a breeze to install. I would certainly recommend this system to anyone who wants a quality filter and safe/fresh water to drink.

Excellent filtration system. Clean and easy install, installed in about 45 minutes. Had for about a month now, water taste great and no problems with leaks or anything, unlike my RO that it replaced. Simple filter changes when the time comes, unlike my old RO. Transparent canisters, you can see when filters get dirty, NICE! Highly recommend.

i have purchased this system in november, 2015 but i could not install it until january 2016. after i installed it i found that the tds level of the output from the faucet was high and i unsuccessfully tried to fix it discarding several tanks of water. then i contacted the consumer support service of ispring. they are amazing people with full knowledge of the system and helped me to fix the problem. we found that the culprit was the bad flow restrictor and it destroyed almost entire system. i must mention here that the person named Claudia helped me through this fixing job. she sent me new parts flow restrictor, check valve, automatic shut off valve and all the filters including a new membrane. i replaced the damaged parts with this new ones and surprisingly we could get good ro output from the faucet around 22 of tds level. our tap water tds level is around 285. so this system gives us good drinking water without any problem now thanks to ispring consumer support service. i am recommending this ispring system to anyone who needs an affordable good ro system. also you don't have to worry if something goes wrong in the system as there is an excellent support service in this company to help you to fix it properly.

No more terrible tap water, no more trips to filtered water machines, no more headaches or hassle! Best money I've spent on my home updates thus far!!! It came packaged well and the instructions (along with YouTube tutorials) made assembly and installation a cinch. This thing is in constant use in our house and we have yet to have any issues. And I can't fail to mention that it does its job. It somehow turns terrible West Texas tap water into delightfully drinkable water. I can't recommend this system enough!
