I’ve had this device for a little while now. We had a big freeze come through and damaged some parts to my RO system due to extreme colds (temps we normally don’t get). I reached out to customer service and asked about replacement parts. They went above and beyond my expectations. Don and Adam have helped get me the right parts (even tho I’m sure I’ve been a pain) and for that I am thankful. I would definitely recommend their products. My ppm’s in my water dropped to 0 and have been going strong for awhile! They are strong and durable (for the most part) and if something does go wrong, the customer service at ispring is top notch. I will definitely continue to buy my products through this company.

The 3/8” fitting claim is a little deceptive, as the only fitting that is 3/8” is the incoming water line, which helps but I’m not sure it does anything significant when it immediately goes back down to 1/4”, including for the drain and faucet lines. Other than that, the unit worked perfectly and was leak free out of the box. Provides great tasting water, under 20ppm, starting with ~325ppm city water. Haven’t tested the flow officially but I think the unit would get pretty close to 300gpd with good incoming city presssure, which we have. It filled our 14 gallon tank in under 30 minutes with 130-140psi on the gauge when running. I’m satisfied with that!! If you are looking for something a little more heavy duty than your standard under the sink setup, but keeping costs under $750 after tank purchase, this is it.

I bought the RCB 3P 300 GPD system in Oct 2020. The system has 3 RO membranes ,MC-1, each rated at 100 gpd RO output. The unit feeds a 200 gallon storage tank and separate pump for whole house use. We use between 100-250 gpd- the average is 150 gpd. The RO water comes out at 10 PPM . I added a calcite tank to improve the taste . Capture ratio C= 52% . Actual measured RO flow is 320gpd. After 4 months we have used a total of 18,000 RO gallons. I believe the iSpring MC-1 membranes should last to 24,000 gallons. This is a real whole house system and very reasonably priced. Be sure to change your 3 prefilters at 24,000 gallons into the system. This will prevent any chlorine from damaging the RO membranes. Don at iSpring customer support - support@123filter.com - helped me to increase capacity and flow. I added a 4th RO membrane which Increased output to from 320gpd to 430gpd (see photo). The pump runs fine at 122psi . I used the existing 450 restrictor. RO pure at 15 ppm. Capture ration is 55%. This iSpring unit is amazing! I call it the “Little Engine that Could!" Next I will try to increase capacity by using the 150 gpd membranes. Don at ISpring support has given me excellent support!

My father installed this. It took him a few hours to install the RO system on his own, but he didn't have much trouble at all.

No problems. The instructions are well written and illustrated. The water tastes great and the pressure from the tap is perfect.
