The first thing I noticed was the shipping packaging. You can tell a lot about a company, by how they treat their product during shipping. Every box fit perfectly in the shipping box, and everything was secured. Good first impressionSecond was detail in set up. The instructions said to watch the YouTube video first. I was able to assemble the RO system via the video. It really was easy. Once set up, no leaks, drips, or cussing. I rarely put something together without a £€~^##, along the way. Didn’t have any of that. End result was delicious water, at the tap. Thanks iSpring for making our lives better.

We love our i-spring RO system. Works awesome. I was able to swap out the filters myself. It took me two tries to get the fittings back on just right, but persaverence paid off. Good for another 6 mo.

Bought for apec reverse osmosis system- much cheaper than oem. Only used stages 1-3. Doesnt have equivalent for membrane replacement for stage 4, but otherwise compatible.

Great product.The filter life seem to last a bit over 6 months with heavy use.great customer services. I misplaced my filter wrench due to remodeling of kitchen and they send in a replacement at no additional charge.Complaint to AMazon not to ispring: difficult to find sellers customer support info. I had to goolge ispring/visit ispring page for customer support.Again, great product.

Great product, great company, great service. Iv been using an iSpring 6-stage RO system for two years, and I cant imagine how I ever got on without it. The filter system turns my tap water into a great tasting source of hydration, not to mention the peace of mind I get, knowing whats NOT in my water, after it has been through RO.
