Great deal. I had a bad sewer smell from the water coming out of the filter. So it’s clear sign for a replacement on the filters. Rather than buying anywhere else. This was a great deal. Switching out the filters only took about 10 min. I had to empty the tank twice. That took sometime. I think that was in the instructions when I first bought the system. Everything is great now. Water tastes good and soft.

I contacted iSpring about the water not coming out of the faucet from the filter, they sent me separate parts twice - for different components. It didnt work. Finally they sent the whole unit without the filters and I was able to fix the problem.
