Item returned - not able to comment but after the fact the system would not have worked for me. I determined this after speaking with the staff at ISpring - in hindsight, i should have maybe researched more and been in touch with the seller first. Would have saved myself some time. This is a good system - too bad it would not have worked with my set up.

Instructions were not included. I took a guess on how to turn off the water and drain the system without making a flood in my kitchen, but do wish instructions on how to re-prime the systems were included with these replacement filters. I am stuck on the stage 6 filter because the original had fitting attached that do not look to be removable or reusable and the new filter does not have any fittings. I dont see any number to call for support, so I have a filter system disassembled on my kitchen floor right now.Edited on 11/9/2015: I was surprised to get an email after posting this review offering to send me instructions and extra fittings. When I replied, my email came back undeliverable. So I just forgot about it. Then I got another email offering to help. I replied again and this time it went through. Helen provided me all the info I needed and sent fittings, filters, and stickers to remind me when to replace things. I was very pleased by the continued follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. Also, I am happy to report that after several filter changes I have not had a leak on the system yet!

Ill keep this short!!! Love the water that comes through those filters! The other reviews explain everything and then some!! This is a purchase you should not ignore!! Youll have awesome PH water that taste amazing!!
