I contacted customer service because our faucet had several torn gaskets and O-rings. I was only going to ask if they had some to purchase or if they had the specs so I could try to get some at the hardware store. Michele stated that they don't have replacement parts and went above and beyond by sending me a whole new faucet! Super rare to receive this kind of service these days. Highly recommend this company!

I love it. The faucet was well packed and the installation was easy. A nice upgrade for my previous ro faucet. Nice color to match my kitchen faucet. All in all. I really like this product.
