Just got this installed today and there was an instant difference! We had our water tested and came back containing 3.5 ppm ferric iron, which would turn a yellow/orange color After a few minutes of sitting out. Hooked the filters up and checked the water and it’s crustal clear after an hour of sitting out. Our water also has a bad smell/taste to it but the carbon filter we received was broken, and are still waiting on our replacement, but overall very satisfied so far. Great product, highly recommend!

Great product and customer support. Had an issue with some leakage around some of the threads on my first one, they immediately sent out a replacement. Installed the second one and have had great results. I applaud the excellent support given.

We use a well for our water. Been in the same place a few decades. Had another popular system for the whole house for nearly 30 years. It worked but still some sediment got through. The replacement filters for it are more expensive than the iSpring big blue system. The original cost of the system thirty years ago was then more expensive than the iSprin system. WGB system of iSpring. If you like coffee, you'll love this system.

I have a well with rusty water and used this filter system along with an iSpring spin down filter to pre-filter the larger particles. It works well, no more rusty water. There are so many particulates in my well water, that I do have to clean out the spin down filter every other week. I did have trouble with one of the filters getting damaged in shipping. They replace the entire unit the first time, then I called Amazon and they gave me a refund for the cost of ordering just the filter. Amazon made it right, and I am very satisfied.

Great filter system. Make sure you check all fittings installed from factory, some were loose & not enough Teflon tape installed, other than that working awesome. Better taste, clean water & no smell.

Great filter system for the money. If I had this done professionally, it would have cost at least twice as much. It was a fairly easy install even for a non-professional. Nick, my CSR was awesome to work with.

We have had the filter in for a week and have been very happy with it! Great customer service too! We had a issue with a part that was damaged in shipping and it was replaced very quickly. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a water filter system.

What a difference this filter system made in water taste and smell. Well water taste and smells like really clean water. Installation was very simple a little time consuming to built manifold but ounce everything was assembled went together painlessly. Would definitely recommend this system to anyone that has well water and wants clean, tasteful water. Wish I would have done this a long time ago. As far as the price, it's a little pricey, but as they say , you get what you pay for and to me it was well worth the price.

I installed this filter without many problems and we are now getting quality water into our house. One of the red pressure relieve buttons was leaking but iSpring mailed us one right away. Great customer services and you can tell they care .I recommend using Pro dope instead of teflon tape, we had an issue with our fitting and teflon was not doing the job.

Our well water had high numbers of iron and manganese in it: .74 mg/L of iron and .92 mg/L of manganese. Our water had a metallic taste and our toilet, sinks and shower had yellow stains on them; our toilet tank had black stains in it. We purchased this iSpring Water Filtration system that is specifically designed to reduce iron and manganese (Filter FM25B). The installation was very straight forward. My husband is a retired general contractor from California, and he installed this system after watching the YouTube video on the installation. He found the video to be very helpful and the installation to be easy; and we like how compact the system is, fitting into our mechanical room easily. We were disappointed that our system did not have the buttons to release air from each cartridge that were shown on the installation video. We had our water tested by a certified water laboratory after installation of the filters: the iron was reduced to None Detected (ND) but the manganese was not reduced at all. We contacted Nick at the iSpring customer service and he was very responsive and immediately sent out another FM25B filter for us to try. Again, the water test results showed the iron was reduced to ND but the manganese was not reduced at all. Upon hearing these results, Nick sent us a more expensive filter to try, the FCRC25B, which is rated to remove Lead and other heavy metals. This filter proved to reduce both the iron & manganese to ND from our water! A surprise was that this filter also reduced our hardness from 197 mg/L as CaCO3 to ND. We are thrilled with the taste of our water now and Nick has even offered to give us a discount on future orders of the more expensive filter. iSpring worked with us and stood behind their product! I would have given this product 4 stars since the original FM25B filter didn't reduce both the iron & manganese as advertised but Nick at iSpring customer service deserves 5 stars for his professional handling of our problem and working through it with us. P.S. We cleaned the iron and manganese stains off our plumbing fixtures and have had no more staining build-up for the past couple of months!
