Customer support easy to contact, No punching numbers and talking to 3 or 4 people before getting help. As there are so many different models of filters,I asked Nick for a recommendation for which unit to get based on my water test. Unit came missing a wrench for the filters. Called Nick and he had one sent. Installed unit and filters leaked. After sending Nick the information he needed, he ordered a replacement part sent. Prompt service from Nick and iSpring. This product is very solid and well built.

Bought for my son's house. We received on time, the shipping was fast. Our water from our well is hard enough that we still need a water softener, with that and this whole house filter system both running we can drink the water out of the tap for the first time since owning this house.

It works better than we had expected. The water is much better now. Water pressure did dropped some but it's acceptable since removing lead from the water is our first priority.

This iSpring 3-stage system is great. The 3 stages allow it to filter things like dirt and sand, up to chlorine and lead... It cleans and filters the water to the whole entire house. I rest easier knowing that my family is drinking clean and healthy water and are also bathing, doing laundry, and washing dishes is a clean water source.
