I love these. I bought 2, one for the cottage, one for the home. It has been over a year, i have not had to change the filters. I damaged a gasket during the installation, the company was really easy to deal with and sent me free components. Just a great experience

According to my plumber, this whole house system was easy to install and was made of premium quality material. Been using the ispring system for about 6 months and its been great. No problems...........great water.

I just wanted to take a minute to share with any and all of you my extreme pleasure of working with James and the team at iSpring over the last few weeks. Although I have been a happy user of their Water Filter products for a number of years, the real test of any relationship comes about when things don;t go so well. Heres how they saved the day for me and my Medical Practice: In my Medicqal Practice, located in eastern Massachusetts, I not only use the water in my filter system to drink, but also for a number of things from washing my hands, having patients cleaned up as well as using the water to clean my Practice after-hours. When my filter went on the blink, the team of iSpring (most specifically James ;-) went right into action to help me and my Administrator to trouble shoot the problem. After about 20 minutes and afew iPics on my phone were exchanged, James immediately rush shipped (on their dime) my replacement part(s). Then- when I went to install it (while learning that I am not being as handy as I thought) James jumped back on the phone for another 15 minutes to walk me not only thru the re-installation of the new part but a brief education on the system overall. WOW- what service. Being a Professional Medical Practitioner- time is money and supplies arent free, but what this group showed me- they care about customer satisfaction, as do I. I see sick people all day and hope to help everyone of them. Maybe what iSpring does doesnt exactly save lives but they sure do make it easier. We love our iSpring whole house filter system. Easy to install and the water quality is great. Feel much safer with daily water usage. Filters last for a long time. Customer service is outstanding. We will definitely be buying their product again for our next home purchase!

I purchased this and had it professionally installed. I had not considered a whole house water filter, but it was recommended to me by the contractor. I am so glad that we purchased it. I can tell the quality of water has greatly improved, from drinking water, to cooking water, to washing water. I believe that I am getting water that is free from harmful chemicals and anything else that flows through the pipes. I even got a follow up email from Nick recently to be sure that I was happy with my purchase. I am.

This is a great system, we now have one in each of our homes. Arrived neatly packed in one box, simple easy instructions. Components supplied are all high quality, easy to identify and connect. Highly recommend it.
