So I live in the Phoenix valley...If you haven't lived here, they you don't know about our multi 100s TDS levels not to mention taste and overall hardness. I moved from a stand alone home with a water softener to a second floor condo where there's 0 option for a house wide softener solution ( I tried ). So thought I was having to give up and either start buying myself and the cat, bottled water to drink, or just live with it. Then I found iSpring. After lots of research (and measuring), I determined that was the right thing for me. And BOY is it! LOVE LOVE LOVE my RO500. The taste is great, the smart faucet is fantastic. And speaking of smart faucet, after reading other reviews here, I came to realize I could actually contact support and swap out the shiny chrome faucet for a brushed nickel one. Nick with the support team there couldn't have been more helpful. I don't normally come here and review because honestly, most things don't blow my socks off. But this sure does. What an amazing piece of technology in a small and smart package. Fantastic job iSpring!!!! I'm thrilled!!!

This unit is great! I had 11-15 ppms of arsenic in y well water and my doctor said I had too uh in y body. So after shopping I found the RO-500 and bought it from here. That was easy to install under the sink and worked out well with taking up very little room. I've talked with Don at customer service when I had any questions for installing it and he was very good in helping me. This system brought my arsenic levels down to 3 and lower when I had my water tested. Its new and it works.

What a great product this is over the conventional Osmosis systems with the tank. Super easy to install as the directions are abundantly clear and complete. Functions perfectly. Filters are easy to replace. Anyone can install and operate this system. When you open the faucet to get water, the filter's pump activates, but it is quiet and stops when you close the faucet. I much prefer this to the constant trickle noise of the tank filters. The single unit takes up much less space under the sink and all the hoses are in a position where it is easy to see them and ensure all is working properly. The best part of iSpring products is the tech support. The tech support rep very patiently and expertly answered all my many questions prior to purchase. After purchase, he promptly sent me a small clip for a water line that I managed to misplace when I installed the system. Note too that iSpring has spare parts that will allow you to fix anything that breaks and the prices are reasonable. I will put RO500s in my kids' homes based on the great tech support and after sale support they offer. Thanks for making a great product and for caring about your customers. Thanks to Home Depot too for making good products available.

I did the research for the tankless RO systems in the market and end up with Ispring due to their excellent customer service. Before purchase, I called them several times and ask a bunch of technical questions. Adam, from Ispring, was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me to select the right RO systems. Also, I had some concerns regarding my existing water chiller under the sink and Adam guided me to install the RO system correctly. Also, I wanted to mention that the installation was very simple with the good user manual that came with the unit.

This product is the new level of reverse osmosis. It’s saves space under the sink and It looks great. (Picture attached) I had old reverse osmosis with storage tank before.It was taking to much space and the water inside the tank, when I emptied it it was nasty. I don’t know how long that water been stored inside the tank. Tank less is the new technology, I just installed a tankless water heater (never run out of hot water) and now a tank less drinking water (will never run out of fresh filtered water) Also the customer service is exceptional, special mention to Francis S. The customer service follow up right away after I registered the product. Make sure if I have any issues or concern. Highly recommend the product and the brand ISpring.

I purchased this iSpring RO500 last September. It was easy to install, compact under my sink, very quiet and convenient to use. Last month, we had a boil-your-water warning in Houston due to the winter damage to city water plant. I felt much relieved to boil filtered water than untreated tap water. Shortly after that the CF filter on the unit indicate needs to replace. That is 6 months after installation instead of 1 year as said. I guess the CF filter as the first guard must have done a good job filtering away the dirty water during the freezing period. But what happened next almost drove me crazy. I searched everywhere online to find filters, but it showed out of stock everywhere. So I called iSpring to ask for help. The service guy named Nick got my call. Nick was super nice. He explained to me about COVID impact on supplies, and offered to locate a CF filter somewhere to help me out of this urgent need. I'm grateful for Nick's help, and now just waiting for the delivery.

We just had this system installed and very happy with how much space we gained under the sink. Our old system was 3 times larger with a big water holding tank...a dinosaur. I had a question about the digital numbers on the faucet screen and talked to Nick in Customer Service. At 6-13, he explained this was a very low particle readout, so the system was working great. Thank you, Nick, for educating us! Our plumber recommended this system and says it's the top-of-the-line in RO systems...very popular in our area of rural Virginia. We feel this was a great choice all around.

This RO500 system was recommended by a friend when I built my house. One of the best things I did besides the heated towel rack. I send a picture of it to all my friends and tell them they cannot go wrong with one of these.Love the taste of the water - love knowing I am taking care of the water I am drinking.I called and talked to Don about changing my filter and he was super helpful. No waiting - no being put on hold - no talking to some one that was at a call center with no clue what I was talking about.Great Service and Product!

Installing this filter made a huge difference in terms of improving the purity and quality of water. It improved the TDS value from 35 all the way down to 2! I like how easy it is to check the quality of the water using the smart faucet. It's proven to be very easy to use and efficient. It doesn't take up much room so it's easy to fit in smaller spaces. Highly recommend.

Got it withing 4 days from Home Depot.Very well packaged, easy to install. Took about an hour from start to finish. The hardest part was drilling a 1 inch hole for the faucet on my steel sink. Love the on screen TDS readout. Finally, clean drinking water for my whole family!
