I am a lady with very little experience in home improvement and repairs, but I could easily finish installing this system in less than 3 hours. I followed their installation video on YouTube step by step, very clear and informative. All of the parts needed came with the system. Just needed a power drill and drill bit besides all that. I tested the RO water with a complete test kit. All of the components has met the standards for drinking water, with perfect pH range. Their customer support is beyond excellence. Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful when I ran into a problem with the tank not filling with water. The problem resolved in the end. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Great product and works without issue. Did have some issues with factory installed tubing connections leaking during installation. Instructions were easy to understand, but it would be nice if the spares were more clearly listed.

The filter removed all taste from the water letting with a good pure flavor. Installation is easy, all the required parts came in the box. It took me about 3 hours to install counting from opening the box up to have the water flowing on the faucet (including watching their instructions video, which was very helpful). I chose this model because of it's efficiency on filtering by wasting less water, with ratio of wasted:filtered 1:1, much better than the average 3:1 from other models.

Installation of the Ispring RO100 reverse osmosis water filtration system was easy. I encountered a minor problem with the filtered water quality being higher in contaminants than expected. After logging a problem online, Richard helped me through the process and eventually after replacing the filters I now have high quality drinking water. I chose this system over several others based on the ratio of waste water to drinking water. I am very impressed with the efficiency of the system. Fantastic water filter system. I love my RO100 Reverse Osmosis system. The customer support is top notch. Sean was very helpful when I was having issues with my 2nd stage filter. He helped me diagnose the issue and even sent me a new filter.

Firstly, it seems like the product works conceptually. I replaced an existing RO with more expensive replacement filters with this one, so that hopefully I am done installing new RO systems. I am on well water that is softened, and needed an RO system to remove sodium and some of the TDS the softening leaves behind. I am not an average person, and have done my fair share of DIY plumbing projects.

While I have no way of knowing how it will impact long term, I will say I am more comfortable drinking the water. We drank the water but it was never pleasant in spite of changing the filters every 6 months. Switching to this iSpring water system is one of the best purchase decisions i've ever made!

I still can't believe I don't have to purchase and haul huge bottles of water home any more. This package has every part and installation was smooth because the manual is quite detailed.

Seems to work pretty good, our well water was pretty bad! It's nice to have my new countertops cleared of the old counter-top systems.
