This filter does soften the water and my skin feels better than before we had it. Seems to be well constructed. The finish matches my shower head. A quality product that I'd like to highly recommend.

I don't like absorbing harmful chlorine vapors and let chlorine in the city water dry my skin. Got this shower filter 4 months ago and it's been working great. No more itchy skin after a shower.

After I installed this shower filter on my shower (which was very easy) All of the problems that had bothered me for years were gone! No smelly showering water, and my hair doesn't feel like straw any more. I plan to replace the filter cartridge every 3 months to achieve the best results. Highly recommend!
