When we had connection concerns during installation, I called the support line and my call was taken in under a minute and I was greeted by one of the most polite and well-spoken customer service representatives I have ever encountered. and my husband is NO plumber (sorry honey!). Gave us helpful tips and the system has been working greatly since the day it was installed!

Well worth it! Treat my smelly, harsh water and we can see the amazing results immediately. Will update on how long the filters last later. ** Update: It's been 4 months and the filter is still working great.

Our city has nasty tasting water. I researched for a while on different ones. Purchased this whole house system and an RO system from the same manufacturer iSpring. The results are so pleasing! Now my water tastes great and the stains that used to be found in my sinks and tubs are gone. Highly recommend!

Operating about 5 weeks now without problems and with clear water. Added a spin down pre-filter before the system as well. Both from iSpring and work well. Highly recommended!

I've had this system for a year and it works great and iSpring support is also great! We inadvertently damaged the o-rings and ordered new ones. Somehow, I chose the wrong ones or received wrong ones. However, Michelle, quickly replied to my email, identified the correct ones and sent the correct o-rings. Thank you. Great customer service.
