The system was exactly as expected. I read the reviews before ordering, and made my decision based on that. My wife and I installed everything together and it took about 1.5 hours. The instructions were clear, and every required part was included. The outcome - delicious tasting water. I would definitely recommend purchasing this.

This is the 2nd unit I have purchased from iSpring. The 1st was for a different home. The instructions and diagrams are easy to read. The installation took me less than an hour. The faucet is nice and solid and doesnt leak. Overall I have no complaints and would recommend them to my friends and family.

This is a good filter, lasts a year, the faucet is good looking. Dont be fooled however, you have to understand how to instal plumbing. If you do it s reasonably easy, assuming you have connections that fit it

I love my water filter system! Easy to set up, and I have been enjoying the quality drinking water for months now. It was also really easy to replace the filters when needed. With all the nasty stuff in the water these days, it is nice to know at least what we are drinking at home is clean.

So far, so good. It leaked from the top after the installer left but I was able to tighten it with pliers. The sulfur smell was gone after the first day which is good because it was pretty strong. The system seems to be working smoothly after 1 week so I am hoping it will be a good long term unit. I had a water softening system installed the same day so between the two units my water tastes much better.
