Very good system. Easy to set up although I did need to get a waste water adapter due to my garbage disposal and cramped plumbing. The water is perfect and I am very happy. I didnt realize how much of a chlorine smell the tap water has until comparing the RO water now. We also have an infant and I feel confident now in using our home water for formula. Josh with Customer service is helpful!

My Las Vegas tap water reads 506 parts per million of total dissolved solids. A day after this filter was installed, its down to 25! Took me a couple hours to install as I was doing other work under the sink. Instructions are mostly clear, but do watch the recommended YouTube video, as it clarified a few things, especially the connection to the faucet. PUSH THE QUICK-CONNECT TUBING IN FARTHER THAN YOU THINK! It seats itself a bit on insertion, then you have to push it firmly farther to connect it securely! Or youll end up confused with water sprinkling out of your connections. Setup is a bit daunting with all the parts before you begin, but its pretty easy. They also include extra parts, which helped when I accidentally cracked a joint.

Better system than my whirlpool I had before. 5 filters as opposed to 3 on the old system and it cost less to replace the 5 than the 3 on my old system. Support from ispring (Nick) is great.

The system was installed over a year ago to filter very hard well water in SW Ohio. The installation was easier than my previous systems, no pipe tapping required, instructions were clear. First thing my daugther noticed is great water taste, she is sensitive to that. Much reduced hardness is unexpected bonus of efficient osmosis membrane. The system was not serviced in time, for various reasons, but even after a year of heavy use without changing filters, it still worked great. Highly recommend over other similar systems.

This is an excellent kit. Parts are quality and its simple to install. Just read the directions, which are well written and organized. Im on well water which is very, very hard from the mineral content. The water that comes out of this system is soft and acidic with absolutely zero taste. Just what I wanted! Dont forget to flush water through the first three filters before filling up the RO membrane or the storage tank, and at each filter change... that would give a metallic taste from the carbon particles that wash into the tank. See my short video review for a nice installion tip and surprise item that I wasnt aware was even included. Extras! Awesome! Thanks Nick!

Ive been using this water filter system for a couple of months and have been very pleased with it so far. Installation was very simple and took me about half an hour to complete, including the time to drill a hole through the granite counter for the faucet (used a cheap 1/2in diamond bit and followed a youtube video). It comes with very thorough and clear instructions, as well as all of various couplings and fittings youll likely need to hook it into your existing plumbing. You will need a drill, a couple of wrenches for pipe fittings, and maybe some pliers or diagonal cutters for trimming excess tubing. The only big installation hangup some folks might encounter is the need for a spare outlet under or near the sink for the pump. I had to add an extra outlet next to the garbage disposal and dishwasher outlets that were already in use. Performance of the unit so far has been amazing. Our water has relatively high hardness, typically in the range of 300-350mg/L. Using a cheap meter, we measured the filtered water at around 20mg/L. The water tastes great, and obviously doesnt produce scale like the untreated water. The pump is extremely quiet. If the room is absolutely silent, you can hear a faint low frequency pulsing while its running, but under normal conditions its unperceptible and only runs for a little while after dispensing some water. One thing to note is that the system produces filtered water at a pretty slow rate so if you use more than three gallons and deplete the reservoir tank, you will have to wait a while for it to replenish. Aesthetically, the filter system is somewhat large and requires a bit of space under the sink for both the filter manifold and the three gallon pressure tank. Above the counter, the satin nickel spigot looks nice and matches pretty closely the Delta faucet that we already had in a similar finish and handle configuration. Its also sturdily constructed and doesnt look cheap, which was a big concern for us for something so visible on our counters. Finally, customer service has been excellent, and Josh, the CS representative Ive dealt with, has been quick to answer questions and make sure that my experience with the filter is satisfactory. I highly recommend this filter, especially for the price point compared to similar offerings from other vendors.

An easy & clean installation - just follow the instructions. I also checked out a couple youtube videos before beginning, which helped me visualize what needed to be done. It did take me longer than I had figured on, but I may have been a bit too meticulous about wanting to get everything correct the first time through. The best part is that our water now tastes clean and pure! And, the faucet looks good too. Really a great product and a terrific addition to our newly remodeled kitchen. I definitely recommend this filter system and wish we had installed it years ago.

Fits even in older homes with less room under sink. Excellent tasting water. The picture looked like the faucet was more chrome, but it is a very dull silver finish. Would like to change it out.

Just had this installed and we love it.. The company that takes care of all our Plumbing, AC / Heating and Electrical was very impressed with this System.. It is great for Home Use...Fits perfectly under our Sink...Instructions and Installation seem easy enough.. Good DIY Video on Youtube they suggest to watch before installing if doing it yourself.... So far so good! Thank You iSpring!
