We have very hard water where I live, 780 PPM, and we tend to use up a fair amount of bottled water. I chose this system based upon previous reviews as well as their location in the US. The item arrived well packaged and in good condition overall. Installation was fairly easy and took me about an hour with the reading of video reviews of how to put this together. It came with plenty of extra parts and o-rings. It does take a fair amount of room underneath the sink and this can be a problem in space confined areas, but fine for me. Towards the end of hookup I did have a leak in the alkaline canister, which I could not fix. I called and spoke with Nick the next morning with the maker of this system and within 1-2 business days he ordered a replacement alkaline filter for instillation. I cannot give any further info about taste change as of this writing as the US postal service has seemed to delay package delivery for the past 3 days. Overall the taste of the water is great and when using a tester the water was 22 ppm, exactly that of RO bottled water that I had on hand. Overall this is a great purchase and aside the from the initial price will average out to around 5-6 dollars a month for replacement filters every 6 mo, which is easily what we spend on bottled water, while also reducing the extra plastic waste from all these bottles. I have been using this product for nearly 2 weeks and in the short term I am well pleased.

This filter is fantastic. Installation was not hard, just finding someplace for it is the hardest part. This unit is heavy and not small. Had our water tested before and after the filter. Wasn't concerned about anything other than Nitrates and Nitrites. Water was tested prior to installation and everything was good, but nitrates and nitrites were high. Before water filtration for Nitrates and Nitrites 19.3 mg/L which is above the maximum contaminate level set by the state at 10 mg/L. After the water filtration result of 0.35 mg/L. We had another water filtration system and it didn't come close to these numbers. Extremely happy with this system. The dog approves of this system also, two paws up from him.

We purchased this unit back in 2013. It has work flawlessly ever since it was installed. We live in the desert southwest and drink a lot of water. Other than replace filters when we notice the water starting to not taste as good, we haven't had to do anything with it. About 3 months ago, the faucet started to have a drip. I took the faucet cartridge out and made sure it was clean but it still dripped. I looked online to order another cartridge because our particular installation was difficult due to how the granite counters were installed and didn't want to have to replace the faucet. We went to plumbing stores, home depot etc and could not find the correct cartridge. Finally my wife contacted Ispring in Georgia and talked to a guy named Don. He said if the unit wasn't very old, he would just send us a new faucet and we could take the cartridge out of it. Well, when we pulled up the receipt of when we bought it, we found out that we had the unit for 7 years so we thought that no way would they just send us another faucet. We were wrong, they sent us an email saying that they had shipped a new faucet to us. All I can say is WOW. I will never buy another RO system other than Ispring. They work and the service after the sale is amazing.

This does an awesome job for the money, knowing that we are drinking safe water. The pump does a great job and seems very durable. I have had 3 systems form ISPRING now and am very happy with this company. the first one i purchased was in 2009, replaced that system with one (after 10 years, nothing wrong with it,just wanted a pump and UV light due to we had well water). whit one that had a pump and UV light. Moved to new house and installed another one here. its fairly straight forward to install and easy, they assemble most of it for you anyway. you get everything you need and a few extras just in case. Highly recommend this RO system with pump, less waste and faster refilling of tank if needed.

This is the 3rd RO system that I've installed in the past 20 years. iSpring's system is well designed, having the electrical pump to increase the "production" rate is really helpful in getting the tank refilled when you're making lemonade, or filling large pitchers. The materials are all high quality and I like that each quick connect has an added tab to prevent the tubes from coming loose accidentally. Also, I learned from iSpring's video that you have to flush the water for a few minutes after the 3 pre-filter stages (before the RO stage), this will lengthen the life of the RO film - great tip! The added leak sensor gives me some reassurance about potential leaks. Overall, the install took about 4-5 hours, and I didn't need to purchase any additional accessories to complete the install. Highly recommended!

I have been buying bottled water for many years, because the tap water here is Las Vegas is not very good. I just bought this system, since recently because of the corona virus everyone decided to buy 3 lifetimes worth of bottled water, and it is becoming limited. After buying and installing this RO system, my wife and I are very happy with the results. I bought 2 different testers, one for ppm and the other to test for lead, chlorine, etc. The initial test of the tap water read 486 ppm which is horrible. After installing the reverse osmosis, I could not believe that it dropped to 22 - 35 ppm over a few days of testing. The system also removed chlorine and other elements that the tap water has trace amounts of. After using this for a few days, I am really not sure how we lived without it. Goodbye to bottled water and wasted money!

I purchased the iSpring RCC7P-AK boosted water filter a couple of years ago after reading lots of online reviews of all the systems available and watching countless YouTube videos. I picked iSpring because they had good reviews and were reasonably priced. The filter system came quick and was super easy to install. It's a decent size, but it fit fine under my sink. It's quiet - I only hear something when I'm standing right over the sink and it's the sound of water running down the pipe when the tank is filling after I fill a large glass of water (it doesn't do it all the time). I cannot hear the pump running at all unless I put my ear really close to it. I made a mark on each piece of tubing you are inserting to make sure it's fully seated. Once I started inserting tubing, I could see where some people would stop pushing before it was fully seated. But the mark made a great visual indicator that the tube was properly installed. I had no leaks on any of my connections. We have been super happy with the water filter and would recommend it. The water tastes great and the PH is 7+! Nick at iSpring has answered my emails quickly and has helped me with some connectors. I feel confident if I ever need anything further in the future, iSpring will be a pleasure to work with. Hard to find good customer service anymore.

This system is awesome....I hooked it up upstream of my refrigerator and keurig unit water lines and the water has never tasted better. Definately worth the money and easy to install, about 2 hours max.

This arrived super fast, had all the necessary parts and loads of extras just in case, and came with a great quality faucet that just happen to match our other faucet perfectly! I will definitely recommend this to anyone who's in the market for a R.O. System.

The water tastes so much better after placing this system in. I was a little confused with how to install the system, but managed to find a video that walked me through step by step.
