Love it, TDS on our water is around 675,after Iinstalled the RO system the TDL readings were around 20, WOW, checked a bottled water and the TDS was 40, this product is super, I am well pleased, anybody with general knowledge can install, they make so simple with the colored lines, Thanks Nick for the follow up, nice treatment from this company

The installation was easy, it took me 30 minutes to fully installed the system on my kitchen, including making the hole on the sink. Once using it, the flavor on the water can be notice but if you pay attention with the flavor and compare the regular water from the faucet and from the filters. I had a small problem with my filters and I request for help, and they help pretty quick, the customer service is great they answer right away by email.

Outstanding system at a value price. I installed this system as part of a remodel of a 100 year old house. This included lines in both bathrooms, a bar sink, refrigerator, and a pot filler. This system has performed flawlessly, for a year and a half now, with TDS below 5 ppm on post softener, UV treated well water. System comes ready to install with quality plumbing. Filter change is a snap and filters last as long as advertised. iSpring also offers great customer support and very affordable spare filter sets, with discounts for quantity purchases. I have had no problems with this system and I would highly recommend.

Overall the quality of the unit was good considering the asking price. Regrettably I returned it as the diameter of the faucet base was just barely large enough to sit over the kitchen sink hole, making the faucet assembly wobbly in use. Prospective buyers need to measure their kitchen sink hole diameter to ensure the hole is not too large. Otherwise, I believe it is a unit worth having.

It was fun to install this water filter and a thrill to find out that it removes 97% of TDS out of the water. No more calcium deposits in our coffee maker and cups. It is the best gift of the year since nothing is more valuable than clean water and health.

Easy to install, and really enhances our water quality. We even had our system tested before and after (as we also had to additionally install an exterior system for the whole house) and it turns out that all the metrics advertised are reliable!
