I liked the idea of a faucet that independently turned off. We mostly wanted something for taste as our local water seems okay except for a chlorine smell now and then. This is the second filter type installed as I had an old Sears setup before. Since I went to the trouble to redo everything under the sink that needed it, I thought a four unit multistage filter would be good insurance. We've never seen dirty filters in the old system or the new when replaced so local small rural city water is hanging in there.

We have gone through a few different under sink filter systems prior to purchasing this system almost 4 years ago and this has been the best.

The unit and fittings are very well made. Plastic tubing and connectors are easy to use. The main filter unit needs plenty of room. I put it in an adjoining cabinet to get room away from the under sink plumbing.

They really need to work on sealing replacement filters properly. When I received them, they were all broken and tips were covered with dirt. Water tastes okay, ppm does not change at all from filtered vs nonfiltered; however, water tastes much better than tap water

Easy to install. I had a bit of trouble at first with the adapter as the washer kept moving and made the sink leak, but I figured out how to place the washer just right and tighten the connection. No longer leaks. And it filters great! Note: I was missing one of the tubes, but the piping that is provided is so long you can easily just cut one of them in half and still have plenty. Also, I was a bit confused on how to put the pipe connections on. The handbook has two different instructions on the connections - likely because it can come in one of two versions. If you have the easy version, all you do it literally push the tube into the connector and it clamps tight. I spent a lot of time take the plastic connectors apart and trying to fit the tubing and then putting the plastic connector back together again, until I realized all you needed to do was push the piping into the connector and youre done. Super super easy.

We installed the iSpring CU-A4 water filter system in Feb. 2016 and it has served us well over these years. Every six months I replace two of the four filter canisters and once per year I replace all four. The water tastes great and the faucet is very smooth and easy to use.

This is a great product. I read all the instructions and figured I would give it a try install it on my own. Two hours later, I had the system fully installed!! Now, the system does the job and water tastes great.

- Love the product. A friend of mine referred iSpring as he said it filters similar to popular 5 gallon waters. - Some reviews online mentioned that the iSpeing filtration in not as effective as 5 gallon water cans. Like it so far, but will stop using it if the filters do not remove contaminants (in %) as mentioned on their website http://123filter.com/catalog/knowledgebase.php - Replacement filters cost are very reasonable and affordable.
