We have well water that makes really cloudy tea. The filtered water, though, makes excellent tea. Im so glad that we dont have to lug those big 5 gallon bottles around anymore!

works fine, only trouble was that when I recieved it. The card board box it was in had a damaged corner. The filter set up did not look damaged. After spending about 2 hours to hang the system and re plumb our water system. I turned on the water only to find out that it leaked between the nipple connection between 2 of the filters. I had to take the system down and completly dis assemble and replace the factory nipple. I had over 8 hours in this project.I did call Amazon and wanted some kind of compensation,The girl I talked to said to send it back. I explained that the filters had been full of water and could not. She could not grasp what kind of time and work that was involved. I could not get her to understand and gave up, needless to say I was not happy about all the time I put into this

Good system. Filters have maintained a steady flow since installation in April. I have not seen any drop in water pressure. The company backs up there product too; we had a leak in the initial unit and they sent another filter system out no charge with free return shipping on the faulty unit. They also paid to have it installed. Outstanding!
