We decided to try this product because of its pure-to-waste ratio and tankless design. We are on public water, but it has particulates and the flavor isn't great. This system is truly impressive. Way much better than the previous ro system from another brand we had. Changing filter is a piece of cake!

We used to use Brita pitcher to purify water, however, although it's cheap and no installation needed, it's very slow. I love this new ro500 system. It's pretty easy to install. Water does taste a lot different now and all the minerals are gone.

The water you are getting would make the Waterboy (Adam Sandler) retire from his work. I was impressed with its design and quick connect tubing makes it very easy for installation.

What I like about this system is that it is on-demand. No waiting. I don't have to wait for my tanks to be filled up before getting my filtered water. Easy to install and plenty of clean water. Easy reading instructions.

It does not take up too much space under the cabinet and was relatively easy to install (2-4 hours if this is you first try). With such a low pure to waste ratio, this is probably the best ro water filtration system out there.

This is from distant memory, but the water impurity readings were something like: Tap: 180 Deer Park single bottles: 50 (varied a lot) Deer Park 5-gal bottles: 20 This system: 10 Assembly wasn't that hard, took a couple of hours. i will admit it had a (VERY) faint taste for the first couple of days or so, but from that point forward, it has been nothing but pure, delicious water.

Seriously this installation instruction video is fool proof, the best I have EVER seen. I do not hesitate to recommend this product.

Received the units, as promised, and completed the installation within 1 hours. Total dissolved solvents are around 15 which I'd say it's great.

So far no problems and tds test is between 6 and 8. What I like most is how efficient the system works and how easy the installation was.

From 264 to 007 hardness. Had a watts one before and I like this one much better.
