I am very happy with my iSpring water filter. I got it at a great price and it was packaged well, had easy to follow instructions and was essentially an easy installation. I received an email follow up just a few days after the sale (and before I had done the installation) to make sure I was happy with the product and had no issues with installation. I replied that I would let them know when I had it installed. I completed the installation in about an hour. It worked as it should. All in all, I am very happy with the product and customer service I received.

I purchased this once my original filters became less effective. Easy to replace, great tasting water and they last quite a while!

Whether or not this system is easy to install depends on if youre handy or have previous experience but I had no problem installing it myself. Water tastes great and my kids love it!

The installation was pretty painless. Very clear instructions. Screwed on a filter and damaged an O-ring but there were extras in the kit. I was buying five plus gallons of water a week but not anymore. I use it for my coffee machine, drinking, to make ice....I even make large cubes of ice and they are remarkably clear.

I purchased two of these - the model without the reverse osmosis is - and think theyre great. Water tastes great, relatively easy to install and good flow. I was able to adapt the one in my apartment to metal fittings and braided hoses. Im not s huge fan of plastic tubing and fittings as we had a leak when a plastic fitting blew. I took the housing and the braided hoses to the local hardware store and they fixed me up with the appropriate fittings for under $10. Highly recommended.

Packaging was very well done, everything labeled very clearly. Instructions were amazing and very simple! Easy to do for just about anyone who even a little bit handy.

Was really easy to install. I like to think Im handy but my and numerous trips to the hardware store say otherwise. I did this in about a hour and a half. Water tastes great. Great customer service

This is my first ispring water system and so far Im pretty impressed. I figured since its the same technology they use to make bottled water, why not get one for myself? Glad to have it!
