After completion of a lengthy remodel, I finally got my 5-stage iSpring RO System installed. The directions were very thorough and complete, with detailed diagrams and step-by-step instructions, making it rather easy for a DIY installation. During the install, it was revealed that one of the valves was not working properly and when I called customer service to request a replacement valve, I was positively taken-back by the fact that (a) my call was actually answered by a polite, competent representative named Nick, and (ii) Nick did exactly what he said he was going to do, which was 2-day mail me a replacement valve. Once the new valve was installed, my system was up and running. I immediately loved how soft the RO water was on my pallet. I have since added the iSpring Alkaline filter to add-back the essential minerals to my drinking water (essentially making it a 6-stage filter), which I highly recommend. Great products, Great Customer Service, and Great Drinking Water - I highly recommend this system to all seeking a RO system. We purchased 5 stage system to replace an old reverse osmosis due to the cost of the replacement filters. By far the smoothest installation ever. The step by step is very clear and the videos are a tremendous help! The best result was amazing tasting water. I have had it now for close to 2 years and have had not one problem. Pleasant surprise when you are spending less. Fantastic unit would highly recommend it to anyone looking..

Instructions were very clear to help with the install. The cost of in owner ship of this unit is about 1/2 the cost of the old system that I replaced. I will recommend this product to anyone that needs an RO system.

I have had this system since 2014 and it has worked flawlessly. Recently I updated the filters to include an Alkaline filter which provides great tasking healthy water for a fraction of buying one of the expensive electronic alkaline devices on the market. If you are handy with tools the installation is very simple. Just a few hose connections. this filter is also connected to the ice maker in the refrigerator which now provides chlorine free ice. Our local water company provides very good water, but it still has a chlorine taste to me which I really dont like. This filter removes all of those "City water"; tastes and provides clear clean water for less than buying bottled water. And with all the information popping up about all the plastic in our oceans, I feel this helps by cutting down on several thousands of bottles a year, just in this household. Great product.

It was reasonably easy for my husband to install the system. We havent had it long, but I like that it doesnt take up a lot of space and the clear canister will allow us to easily see when they need to be changed. I only gave 4 stars at the moment since we really havent had it long enough to fully test it out yet. The water tastes great.

Installed the iSpring RCC7 High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage system about two months ago. The iSpring system replaced our old GE under sink system. Straight out of the box it was obvious that the iSpring system was far superior. The product was well packed and all the parts were clearly labeled and orginized. It even came with a bag of extra parts and O-rings! One of the first things we noticed is that the faucet on the iSpring system is very sturdy unlike the cheap plastic faucet that the GE system was made from (the reason we replaced out old system was because the faucet failed and no amount of gorilla glue could save it). Prior to installing the system we watched the installation video that was available online. The video was very helpful and made installation fast and easy. The instructions that came in the box were also easy to read and helpful. The installation was complete in under and hour. Had no issues at all with the installation or with the initial flush of the system. The water tastes great and is oder free. After having the system for over two months we are very happy with the impinges system. Thank you Nick for great product support.
