This filter system was just what we needed. We live in a small town house so cabinet space is limited. We were able to mount this filter system high up on the side of the cabinet and not loose any storage space. This system is built better than any other one that I have seen. Instal was very easy. It took us about 45 minutes from start to finish. This system has a powder coated steel mounting rack with 3 heavy duty see through filter canaster already attached. All we did was mount it on a pre cut board. Attach 2 piece of the supplied tubing. Pre drill and start 4 screws in the board that we already had the filter system mounted to and screw it to the side of our cabinet. Drilling the hole in the sink top to mount the supplied faucet was the hardest part but it only took a couple on minutes. It comes with its own shut off valve so that the system can easily be isolated in case of a leak. Here is the best part. We are now able to drink the water. Before we bought this system I couldnt stand the taste of the water. Our ice even tasted bad. I was spending a fortune on bottled water. I have had reverse osmosis systems before at different houses and the I Spring system system produces water faster than any one we have had in the past. Bottom line is that we can drink our water now and it didnt break the bank to get this system.

A rather lengthy installation; quality materials, and fairly clear instructions, no exotic tools required. It was easy to use the included connectors, but be sure to insert the tubing fully (after a few youll get the feel for it). I had to get $30 of extra tubing and adaptors for my installation (replacing an existing and old leaking whole house RO system), but they were easy to find locally. No leaks, clean water.

Installation was very easy. Make sure you take the time to watch the installation video, and you will have no problems. You could do it without the videos, but its nice to see it actually being done before you tackle it yourself. Takes several hours for it to completely fill the first time. You dump the first complete fill, and let it fill completely a second time before you can use it, so you wont get immediate satisfaction of using it. Once thats done, though, we have never had a problem with it, and have always had fresh water whenever we wanted. No leaks at all, and the connections are pretty easy to make.

Really like this system. It was pretty easy to install by myself. I bought the drill bits and cut the granite myself watching Youtube videos. Compared to the RO Pure I purchased at Costco years ago, I feel more confident in this system. Taste about the same but it looks to be built and assembled better. I would recommend this system. It also comes with a leak detector, which I appreciate since its my old system would leak sometimes.

Works great. Directions are detailed and straight forward, left no questions unanswered. YouTube videos helpful. Very happy, great decision after weighing different options for tap water alternatives.

I bought this system to replace my last Kenmore R/O system. I actually paid a professional plumber to do my install (as I have my R/O also hooked up to my fridge water/ice supply), but the instructional video (on YouTube) didn't provide for this. Heads up to iSpring...this would be very helpful is you provided instructions and a video that showed this also. So far, everything is running as expected. The R/O faucet provided, is great quality and looks amazing! I bought a TDS meter, and water quality is at 35ppm (I googled...and recommened level out of an R/O system is under 50).

Great little unit! We get plenty of water out of it, and my husband could not stop talking about how easy the install was. He had to call in with one question and received a quick answer. You can see in the video that there is still room under the sink for recycling, plastic bags and a garbage. Happy customer!
