Whole kit goes together easily and the water tastes great. Be sure to use plumbers tape when needed and follow the snap fitting directions to avoid leaks. Tap is solid, stylish and functional. Great product at a great price. Follow directions and you will have no problems. Some of the negative reviews I feel are from people who are not mechanically inclined.

Excellent filter. Easy to install. Clean water is very high. I recommend this filter. The rating of five stars. I would be very grateful if you send replacement filters. Thank you.

We love this filter system and it was almost a quarter of the price that our Canadian plumbers were quoting us in our city. It was fairly simple for my husband to install and the water tastes great!

This is a great system! Once installed and we got used to drinking this water instead of the filtered fridge water, you forget how much better it is (I think it tastes a lot better; all the studies seem to say that ROI is way better for us!). I did install it myself. Having never installed something like this before, it did take longer than an hour to install (two or three hours maybe...?) The fittings under my old sink didnt quite fit the adaptors included, so I did have to take a trip to my friendly Home Depot. If I had to install one again, Im pretty sure it would take me closer to an hour or so to do it. Once installed, Im very happy. So far (its only been 5 mo) we like it very much!

Love this system. Easy installation and the water tastes great. I had a single cartridge system but still smelled chlorine! With this one there is nothing but great tasting water. Have not seen a significant change to the water bill either. Seems well made and filter changes do not appear to be very difficult. Thanks !

This unit reduced the particulates in my well water from 65 to 9 PPM. I purchased this unit because the iron levels in my water (private well) was fairly high, and I couldnt stomach the idea of drinking something that turns my toilet bowls reddish-brown. The all-around physical quality of the unit is excellent. The faucet was installed easily (although it was through 1" granite) and the unit did not leak. The unit does use push-to-connect fittings, and knowing how they work is important. The tubing has to be pushed all the way into the fittings, because that is where the o-ring is to seal the connection. There are blue clips on each end of every fitting which prevents the tube from backing out and spilling. You do not need to remove these to install the tubing, but you will to remove them if you need to disconnect the tubing. To disconnect the tubing, remove the blue retaining clip, and press the white collet in the same direction you would press the tubing in while simultaneously pulling the tubing outwards. Pushing in the collet disengages the teeth inside the fitting that holds the tubing in. An illustration is here: [...] Ive had this unit for several months now, and my water still tastes like it did when it was first installed. Sure the water has been stripped of all the "nutrients", but this is how I like my water to taste, and it sure beats lugging around cases of water or drinking city water. My particulates are at 11PPM, and the regeneration time is still about the same rate as it was when new. Nestle Pure-life bottled water measures about 23PPM, and Deer Park bottled water measures about 45PPM. I know minerals are added for flavor, but I dont like the taste of them (especially Deer Park). In case youre wondering, I live in Northern Virginia, and the countys tap water measures 235PPM. The only thing I can say that I dont like about this is that the waste-water that drips inside the drain does make a bit of noise. Luckily, I can only hear it from inside the kitchen.

This is a great R.O. system. I replaced my old Aqua Pure (Cuno) R.O. system with this Ispring R.O. system. It was cheaper than replacing the filters and membrane on the Cuno system. Tested with my TDS meter and my Total Dissolved Solids were at 0. Very satisfied. I am a retired plumbing contractor, so I have some knowledge on this.
