Broke a housing when I overtightened it. Called the customer service for help and they sent me one. Wowo! I thought this was extremely generous. Everything was in perfect condition.

The awesome thing is you can add a re-mineralization filter to your system real easy if it's low. Its wonderful.

The filters are inexpensive and don't need to be changed more often than 6 months to a year. Now I know why this filter has soooo many reviews.

Water filtered tastes great. The tank takes up too much space but acceptable. No leak as of yet.
