This is a great filter but i must add that the installation manual does not in form you everything you must do to start up the system. Wyou first flush the system that has a built in pressure pump you must have the pump running when you begin to flush the first 3 stages. The instructions do not tell you this. I had to contact the help center to find this out, and they acknowledged this was a problem in the manual.

Choosing ispring water system was the best decision. The water tastes just like the Poland Spring water bottle. Its fresh and doesn't leave the bad after taste. I previously had a pitcher water filter and after it filtered the water it left a fishy bad taste to it. Switching to ispring water has made such a difference in the water that I drink. I would recommend anyone who needs a water filter to get this. It took me about 2hours to install it, only because it was my first time installing and wanted to make sure it was installed the right way. You also get a step by step instructions for installing the filter and tools to put the pieces together. Make sure you have home improvement tools like drills and nails. I didn't drill a hole in the sink because my landlords won't permit it so the filter faucet is hanging on the cabinet door. Still works fine.

I’m very happy with this system. I bought the 7 stage unit and installed it in my basement just under my kitchen sink. The pump is quiet and the UV filter comes on only when there is a flow of water. It was easy to install and it provides a great peace of mind knowing my water is safer than most peoples in my neighborhood especially with all the contaminated water supplies happening in Michigan and everywhere. We are using a lake water system in our northern Minnesota home, so when I found the ISpring RCC 1UP-AK7 system I felt like I found the perfect product. The faucet is made with high end materials, and looks great. The replacement filters are reasonably priced, and customer service has been very good. We are especially pleased that this system has the ultra violet light which appears to be well built. Also the system has a boost pump which helps stabilize the pressure. I was able to install this system on a board in the crawl space of our home, which has allowed us to free up space under the sink. One slight disadvantage when winterizing the system it is somewhat of a challenge.All and all we are pleased with this product and would recommend it to friends who need a simalar system.

I gotta say this system is AWESOME. We have well water and I was tracking the TDS of the water and it was high and quite noticeable when drinking. We had a carbon filter system for the drinking water, but that won't fix that issue. We got the 7 stage iSpring system and saw a drastic (600 PPM down to 20 PPM) change after installing the system. I did have some questions on the product and so I contacted the support team. They were super helpful. I have nothing bad to say. My advice to you if you get the sytem, put it somewhere that is easily accessible. Rather than putting it under the sink, I put it on the wall in the basement so that I have easy access to the filters.

Shipping was good. Instructions are great. The install went smooth, However you need to take some time to think about where to set it up because it is petty large and your going to need to have access to it later to change the fillers. I was replacing one that I had purchased from a box store in the past that I was not very happy with that seemed to leak all of the time. When I purchased this one I also purchased a leak detector with it. So far after almost a year I have never had even a drip from this system. Every thing you need is pretty much included in the box. You might want to buy some tubing if your going to run it to your refrigerator or if your going to set it up far from your sink. I did get one of them boot mats that have the high edges to put under it just for in case of a leak and the whole thing with the tank will fit on it. I put my leak detector on the mat so I would know before it got on the floor, But like I said never had even a drip. Way better than box store.

System works great and wasnt too big to fit everything under the sink. The brushed nickel finish on the faucet matches perfectly with my other kitchen faucets and the flow of water coming out is exceptional. Hardest part for most would be drilling the 1/2 in hole in your countertop but I found this a bit fun! I love adding new skills to my "handy fix it" list. Josh from the sales team at iSpring was very nice!

We have had this unit since September, 2017. In the beginning we did have some issues with the unit. First, the UV would not turn off, so they sent us a new connector and unfortunately it was the wrong one. So, we explained to the company that it was the smaller connector, even took a picture of it and sent it to them. The first representative was very confident that he knew and for me not to worry he would send it to us, well second connector came and it too was wrong. They were very apologetic and sent us the correct connector the next time. We were still drinking our water even though the light was on all the time, I personally just did not like the water getting so warm so if were gone through the day and every night I would unplug the unit until we were about to take our first draw and then we just flushed it a little for taste. The second issue was the tank was leaking and again they were very helpful and sent us some more tape and a rubber casket for the top, but we felt the tape was just to low of quality so, we bought some thicker tape and ended up not having to use the casket they sent and it has not leaked since. So, our Suggestion is be very careful and make sure everything is lined up properly and it is well worth going out and purchasing a better quality tape. Third, we were very disappointed that for whatever reason it took them a full 2 months to get our unit to us. We really felt that was an excessive amount of time. However, despite my complaints my husband was able to get the unit together and working and as a whole it works well. Our water is a deep well and we have had our water tested before the unit was put in and it is extremely soft water, that does have an odor. Our TDS was in the 500’s and after flushing we were able to get our numbers down into the high teens and low 20’s. I have not tested lately, however, just this week we did order a set of more filters due to our odor coming back pretty strong and in our case instead of just changing I believe, filter 2 & 5 we have decided to replace 1, 2, 3 & 5. This is more of a personal preference to help keep our quality high. The minerals being put back in looks like it probably has a good 2 months left and they say that the membrane only has to be replaced every 2 to 3 years. The odor and taste filters for sure did not last 6 months and we know for a fact we have not gone through 1500 gallons of water, however, we are still pleased, because we figure in 4 months we purchased at the very least $40.00 worth of water at the store and the 4 filters only cost a little over $27 and that is supplying drinking water for three households. So in the end we feel like the unit deserves 5 stars, even though we had some issues in the beginning, it has worked well and we enjoy being able to have the convenience of drinking the water right from our faucet.

I purchased this after searching online for top rated RO systems. Taking into account the initial cost of the system and the cost of the consumables, this is by far the best I could find. Shipping time was reasonable and showed up when promised. I was, and I cant say enough about it, impressed with the quality of the packaging. Fed-oops and UPS-y daisy would have had to drive over it to damage anything inside; boxes inside of boxes type packaging. As for quality, Im very pleased. All the component parts seem top notch and the faucet is the best Ive seen. I had to spend some time with the instructions to make sure I was connecting everything properly. This unit replaced a GE twist lock RO system that was less than a year old and never worked properly due to what I believe was bad design concerning water flow. I've had this installed for a week now and its worked flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the product or the company.
