Only have the unit for a couple of days and the water quality seems pretty good. The unit arrived with two factory installed tubes not properly inserted into the fittings. This resulted in two major leaks. Im 74 years old and managed to do the installation myself. It wasnt too bad once I learned how to connect the tubing into the fittings. One caution. If you have a single sink with a garbage disposer you may not have sufficient drain pipe length to use the drain saddle. I connected my drain to the air gap and that seems to work fine. Update: iSpring got back to me on the problem with the factory installed tubes. They were prompt in responding and assisting with the resolution. Great company to work with and Andrew was very helpful.

I have installed August 20, 2015 and using it. It delivers great tasting water and my daughter is preferred to drink I-spring water than bottle water. Also, I am using water for my aquarium and it is working great. I love it. Easy to install. Customer Support is excellent.

I really love this water filter. It wasnt too hard to set up myself. I ended up having to call a plumber for the final setup because my condo had non standard sink hookups (which is not the manufacturers fault). The directions were clear and concise and within 20 minutes I had the entire system connected. The included faucet is nice enough. If youre curious, the faucet is a brushed metal (not polished chrome), so take that into account if this MUST match your faucets. The flow out of the filter system is about equal to that of a standard water fill line coming from a refrigerator. For the price compared to all the other water systems out there, this thing is pure gold!

Though I have not done the PPM testing to verify the difference in my water after installing the filter, I have been using this filter for more than one year and I do notice a difference in the taste of my water. The taste is far less chlorinated when using the filter. I also physically feel better when using the filter. At this point, we only use our tap for washing. I will some day do the testing as well for peace of mind.
