iSpring RCC7 review I received my new RO system a day early. It was well packaged and no parts were missing. This new unit is replacing my 20 year old system, so I was familiar with all of the parts. Color coded quick connect tubing is great to work with. Instructions for a new user are very comprehensive and easy to understand. They include a few extra parts for the tubing. Installation went smoothly, and the system was up and running after a couple hours. It's important to follow instructions carefully when flushing the main filters for the first time. Our old system did not mention that failure to do this could reduce the effectiveness of the RO membrane. I had a small drip in the faucet nozzle with their support crew, immediately sent a replacement. We have been a believer in RO filtration for many years. Thanks, iSpring for providing an excellent product, along with excellent support. I attached a picture of our under counter installation

So far, this is fantastic! The instructions were clear and all the tubes all have their own colour so its super easy to keep track of it all. I was able to install this on my own and Im not really a handy type of person. The hardest part of the installation was drilling through the stainless steel of my sink, I think I was quite lucky as I have a lot of unused space under my sink. As you may be able to see from the pictures, you can hardly even tell the whole system is tucked away under there at first glance. I think Ill mount the filters up a bit so I can tuck the tank further back in too. The water is quite tasteless which is a vast change from my regular tap water & it is working perfectly for use with my humidifier that I run 24/7 with no white dust residue (which was the main reason I was looking in to a RO Tap system to begin with, I hated dusting every 2 days!)

After much searching & review reading we decided to go with this, I am extremely pleased! We did have to add a pump because our well did not have the pressure, but the customer service was excellent!!! She was there when we needed and service was extremely prompt! This has been easy to install for my husband & Helen was available anytime we needed! The water is like rain water! Delicious! I highly recommend. Filters are easy access & only need changed twice a year!

I bought this as a replacement to another reverse osmosis system I previously installed. My previous system used expensive proprietary filters, produced less drinking water per hour and had a higher 18-24ppm count. Being a home owner with well water I am extremely critical when it comes to my drinking water. I have spent countless hours carefully selecting every component of my homes water filtration system. I am extremely pleased with the switch to iSpring. Since purchasing this unit I have added a separate booster pump, TDS meter, ispring alkaline filter (to raise pH) and a larger capacity holding tank. I found it easier to mount this RO system in the ceiling of my basement directly beneath the kitchen sink. Replacement filters are relatively inexpensive and readily available. My TDS meter reads anywhere from 7ppm to 12ppm with this filtration system. I am still using the original RO membrane for the past two years without any hiccups. I check my ppm count daily and will replace the membrane when I begin to see fluctuations in the ppm count. Customer service is excellent as well, I've spoken with a few different employees and they've all been courteous and informative notably Nick. More importantly our water tastes clean way and is way more convenient than the bottled alternative.

I have no complaints about this product. I have no way to judge the preformance of this water filter other than the taste of the water, which is improved. It tastes clean. All parts were accounted for and following the instructions, installation wasnt a problem. We did have one leak because we didnt make a tight connection on one of the lines. But it was easy to fix. Make sure they click in tight! I grew up drinking tap water but since I now live in an area with a coal mining history, having this advanced water filter system gives me more confidence in my drinking water supply.

Great system! Took me a bit more than an hour to install and few more hours to flush the system. Didnt need to go shopping for tools, as all I needed was a drill and a flashlight. Water tester showed me 18ppm as opposed to 620ppm with my cheap 2 stage carbon filter. Pretty happy!

Delivery was fast. Packaging was excellent. Product came with everything needed to install under sink. In fact since I was replacing an existing 2 stage water filter, this unit basically slipped right in. I used a left over piece of 1/4inch tubing I had on-hand to run the waste into the washer drain. I had a question about if the water tank could be installed laying down and Nick over at ispringfilter.com answered yes within an hour. I installed mine in lower level laundry room which is directly below the kitchen. Once I figured out the shelving arrangement for the filter and tank, the install took less than 20 minutes with the excellent instructions and video iSpring provides. One thing I like is that this filter can be expanded to add the Alkaline filter and more. The water and ice is now crystal clear, even more so than it was with just the two stage filter I had. I think the product and the excellent tech support you get are an excellent buy.

After thoroughly researching RO filter systems, iSpring won hands down! The iSpring RCC7 High Capacity Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System came neatly packaged with easy to follow instruction and YouTube installation video. WATER TASTE is EXCELLENT. Will be using the TDS meter to test water quality of filtered water vs tap water. iSpring RO systems Customer Service is PHENOMENAL.
