Totally satisfied with this RO system. There are so many on the market that are overpriced. Glad I decided to try this one instead of letting the local company charge me $600 to install their RO system! This one is all you need for your home. I bought it to replace an old manifold system that failed. This iSpring unit is high quality and the price is great. It was very easy to install and maintenance should be a breeze.

Ive had one for about a month now and it has worked fine. When you install it, use the Youtube videos to guide you, they are excellent, the written directions are not well done and are rather ambiguous in places.

Waited a few months to rate. It is everything others have said on their ratings. Only small thing is it does require more space than I expected. Not a problem, and it tastes great!

I have to say this has to be one of the best investments I have made. I got the product about a month ago and it was fairly easy to install if you can follow instructions. They also have a video on YouTube if you need help. Initially the system ran with no problem but I realized the PPM of the filtered water was actually higher. Long story short, Claudia helped me find the issue and it seemed i had a bad membrane and membrane housing. She got new ones out to me quickly(had it in 2 days). I was very impressed by how Claudia got me a replacement in such a timely fashion and with no hassle. I replaced these 2 pieces and the water coming out of the filter end was at 4ppm. Also the water tasted great!!! This here is a great product backed by great customer service and I would recommend to anyone needing a hoem RO system. Thanks a mil Claudia!

I installed our new system about two weeks ago and could not be happier! The price was very reasonable with free shipping and the install was very straight forward and simple. I appreciated having the Youtube video to reference as I was installing the system. The thing that stands out the most about this transaction was the level of customer support I received from iSpring. They initiated an email shortly after delivery to ask if everything went OK with installation and to answer any questions. I continued to receive follow-up emails checking on our satisfaction of the system. The system is working great and we love the that the brushed nickel faucet matches our existing appliances. I am also excited to find the replacement filters are very reasonably priced. Our water tastes amazing!!

I chose this system over another high rated system for the slightly smaller tank to fit my limited space and the price was good. The combination of the installation video and the users manual make self-installation possible. Both the video and the manual are slightly different from my system due to improvements of parts for easier installation. Mine came with a 2 1/4inch front plate for the water faucet which was needed for a bigger hole but was without a front washer. A call to customer service was quickly returned and a new front plate with gasket was shipped. I didnt want to wait a few more days and ended up getting the front washer from Lowes. Personally, I cant taste the slight difference in water in general. Its for my mothers benefit. Make sure to properly flush the water for first use. It affects the taste and that I could tell.

Great filter, I bought one for home and the office. I first made the mistake of buying pur filters for years, but they were cheap and broke every 6 weeks, and did not really filter much of anything. So I upgraded. These are Easy to install. Make sure you have some space under the kitchen sink. Took me about 2.5 hours to install, and now great fresh clean, pure water. We live in an area of oil and gas fracking, so our water is often polluted by industrial chemicals. I also, purchased a water quality meter for 19.99 and my water has been pure and clear for over 6 months, even without replacing the filters yet. I could not recommend this filter enough. Love them. I now only drink my RO water. I bought some stainless steel water bottles and fill them up for long car rides. Love this!!!!! Anywhere I move, I will make sure to have an ispring.

Weve had this filter for three years and have loved it! After watching the youtube installation video, it was easy to install with no problems. Replacing the filters is easy to do. We have enjoyed the taste of the filtered water and appreciate having a simple way to keep it running smoothly. Shortly after installation we had a small problem with one of the valves. Customer service was fantastic in helping us troubleshoot over the phone. Once they determined the problem, they sent out a replacement part free of charge. Great company to work with, fantastic customer service and a great product!
