Great product, great tasting water even in Las Vegas! Tried the whole house filter from Lowes which is 4 tall and barely touched the bad taste of our water, this cleaned it up in the refrigerator and the included faucet.

Installing this thing... oy. I have installed two now. The first was over a year ago and I cant recall it giving me as much trouble as the second. The main problem I had was getting the hoses connected to my cold water supply valve, which is 7/16in. The iSpring system comes with a 3/8in / 1/2in adapter. I went to 3 stores to find a 7/16in adapter and they only had one but I needed two, one on each side of the valve that connects between the cold water supply valve and the faucet. I ended up replacing the valve (it was old anyway) and hoses and swapping to 3/8in just so I could connect everything together. Its been about 5 days and Im still getting thick-looking water that tastes bad despite dumping the tank twice. Not sure whats going on, but this install was much more difficult than the first. The first time around, I got delicious water right away.

Very happy with my newly installed reversed osmosis. The system works flawlessly and I am very satisfied with the water quality.I havent changed the filters yet. I had the systems installed by a professional plumbers and they gave me a brief description on how the filters should be changed - doesnt seem complicated at all. Nice looking and functional faucet too!

My water was pretty much undrinkable before I got this system. It smelled kinda like a fish pond and it looked a little brownish. My fiance installed the unit in about an hour , that included replacing the wood under my sink and rerouting my dish washer drain line, for convenience only. The unit fit under my old 1975 kitchen sink and it looks nice and best of all..of course the water is crystal clear and it taste like pure clean water should. I am thrilled with this unit. I know for sure I choose wisely . I am a very happy customer . No problems and now just good water and no worries. Oh , and the spigot looks modern and stylish . The company even sent a letter to see if I am happy. Gotta love service after the sale...Cindi Rarick...De Leon Springs Fl..:)

Very easy to install and very friendly customer service when there was a leak. After installing the cold water connection there was a part that had a slow leak. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked for a picture of the leaking part so they could immediately send out a replacement at no cost. After receiving and replacing the leaking part, everything worked great. Provides ample water pressure for my refridgerator water and ice dispenser. My only complaint, and it could be due to the terrible Arizona water, is that Im not sure it gets out all the contaminants. The ice cubes are definitely clearer but not crystal clear as I have read some people have with this product.

I had to by pass both AK and UV filters. Those filters ruined the taste of the water even after rinsing the tank many times. Despite of that, the rest of the system is great. I would recommend to buy the 5 stage version.
