Very easy install. Works great. Water tastes great. East DIY install. I have 2 of these systems. One in Oklahoma and one in Idaho. Both have performed to expectations. Cost of the systems are very competitive. Instructions provided were easily understandable and connections are all color coded. Definently would but this again.

Had this for a month or two and so far so good. The carbon filter did not completely remove the sulfur odor but its much better. No noticeable reduction in water pressure. I drilled a hole in the plastic wrench handle and tied it to the pipe with string so it wouldnt get lost. I purchased additional replacement filters since I am unsure how long they will last. The product description says 1 year, the directions say 6-12 months and the replacement filters say 3-6 months. Other than the somewhat deceptive advertising Im relatively happy so far.

I cant believe we could live without this filter before. The water that comes from it tastes so much better than tape water here in Houston. It is also better than bottled water we buy in stores. We have this system for more than three years and I only changed filters ones. I did not changed osmotic cartridge yet. There is one thing that require attention with this system. After about half a year to one year the flow of water decreased to the point we could not use it anymore. I took the bicycle pump, connected it to the valve on the side of tank, opened the tap and pump it to get couple water gallons out of system. It worked flawlessly after that, but in a year I had to repeat this procedure again.

Great product. We really enjoy our water. Install was not super simple, but grandson got it done. A nice addition to our home.

Product arrived as with no issues. My contractor/plumber professionally installed this unit, tapping into my copper main line with brass fittings and blue PLEX piping. He installed a shut-off valve on both sides of the filter for easy issue resolution and maintenance. What Im trying to say here is, it was professionally done by two plumbers. Once installed and turned on, there was a very tiny trickle on the right canister. We shut of the valves to unscrew the canister and check the rings/threads. The pressure valve was not working according to specifications. The plumber surmised that the water lines were installed backwards. The in-out lines were installed exactly according to the manual install instructions diagram, but upon further investigation, we found an "IN" marked on the opposite side of the filter setup, so we had to reverse them. This is a pretty significant mistake on iSprings part, because even if we had caught it prior to installation, was the misprint on the filter or the instruction manual? Okay so this cost me another $100 for additional install time, things happen.UPDATE 6 months later: Just so there is no confusion, this is not a reverse osmosis system, but a system that can be used as a pre-osmosis system. This distinction somehow confused me in my first review, which I am now correcting. Over the past 6 months, I noticed that the chemical smells, and eye stinging from the city water no longer existed. Also, I needed to clean the heavy sediment from the screens on my sink faucets, and shower heads about every 3 or 4 months. In the past 6 months, they are still clog free. This is quantifiable and physical proof that the iSpring is doing its job.Today, I cracked open the system and replaced both cartridges; 1 charcoal, and 1 sediment. Its hard to physically determine if the carbon filter is at "end of life" by cutting it open and looking at it. The outer white wrapping was slightly yellow, but the charcoal core was perfectly in-tact, with no smells or gunk attached. The sediment filter was iron stained and had white sediment debris, which also collected at the bottom of the blue filter housing. All of this was extracted from city water. This fall, I will empty my electric water heater tank to determine how much sediment, if any, passed through the filters and collected in the tank.I would definitely purchase and install this system again

I ordered the ispring to replace the one I had. The ispring was much better quality for not that much more. No problem with the installation and I was pleased with the excellent taste and how fast it refills the tank. Great product.
