Just a great system, unbelievably easy to install. I purchased the unit with pump, as I used 3/8" tubing to two faucet locations. I also added an inline TDS meter to monitor the untreated well water as well as the ISpring treated water. The unit works extremely well & provides more than we will ever use. The water from the well reads 473 on the TDS meter & after treating it reads 47. Right at the 90% they advertise! Thank you Josh from ISpring for the opportunity to praise your product!

The system is phenomenal. Everything from the taste, the smell, to how I feel is a massive improvement from my tap water. iSpring was recommended to me by a friend after having one for about a year. The great reviews on Amazon were also a heavy weighing factor. I went all out and chose the 7-Stage filter and am not disappointed. For those with low water pressure I recommend the 7 stage or another kit that comes with the water pump addition as it helps fill the water reservoir significantly faster and also helps the flow to the sink output above.Installation was a breeze, and you dont have to be an expert to pull it off, you just need a little patience. The instructions that come with the system are excellent and there are some solid YouTube videos that can assist you should you need clarification at a certain point. This iSpring system was relatively simple and straightforward to set up by following the included instructions. There is also a video posted online which may be more helpful to some. After installation, testing indicated that TDS was not being reduced at all. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that there was a small crack in the membrane housing which was allowing waste water to flow into the product water line. Josh at iSpring customer service made sure I got a new housing ASAP. Once the housing was switched out, the system performed exactly as expected, reducing TDS from ~160ppm to ~5ppm before the remineralization/alkaline stage. The pump is quiet and this system produces MUCH less waste water than my previous permeate pump system. Bottom line: Im very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

System came with everything needed. Install went smoothly. Currently 6 months in and no problems! Also, the faucet is high quality and better looking than most reverse osmosis faucets I see.

I wanted to wait till I was able to use the system for a month. I will say it extremely easy and straight foward to install. Since we were replacing our existing RO system , because we out grew it , and never new how bad the previous water system was until we install the I Sring 7 stage with UV. Wow what a difference in taste. Now it has spoiled us. When we have water elsewhere it does not taste near as good. We no longer buy bottle water and use the I Spring system for everything. We are a family of five and had always ran the previous system out and had to wait to regenerate more water. No more. I am very pleased with the quality of water and ease of installation. The other benefit of the I Spring systems is the flexibility. If your apprehensive of the investment you can start with a smaller system and easily add to it. All the connections are press lock fittings with locks so its literally a snap. Thanks I Spring for an economical , quality product.

Excellent system. Exceptional value. Set up very quickly. No leaks. TDS meter reads 150 on public water and is heavily chlorinated. This ro water reads 5 and 28 with the alkaline filter on the TDS meter, and tastes great. Faucet looks great. Only issue is the base of the faucet is too small. My sink had standard premade holes and they are too large for this faucets base. Obviously if you drill a new hole that will not be a problem. Had to fabricate a washer using an almost matching piece of stainless.

My dad installed this and could not stop raving about how well done this product is. According to him, the instructions were clear, the manufacturer thought to include any possible extraneous part that you could need (including an alarm that goes off if there is a leak). The actual faucet piece is a nice quality stainless steel, so you dont have to spend more to buy another piece. My dad has installed at least a handful of reverse osmosis systems for various family members over the years. He has never been more impressed with a system. He even claimed he was going to call the manufacturer to thank them. Not sure if he did, but it wouldn't surprise me! We've had it in place for 10 months now, and its still working great.

This is a fantastic system and easy to set up. If you know how to use a drill, read instructions you will have this unit set up and running in about 30 minutes. So happy to have this unit. My wife and I have been buying 2 gallon jugs from the grocery store because I did not want us drinking the tap water where we live. We would go through roughly 4 of these a week. The trash / waste that resulted from trowing these plastic jugs away was getting absurd.So happy to have this unit in our house. Clean RO water that has been re-mineralized so it doesnt leech your body of vital nutrients, on tap! Whats not to love?
