It really was an easy install. The directions were clear. The video was helpful. Twist and turn the filters in- definitely the easiest installation so far and I've owned 3 different RO units. 5-Star!

The new system came very fast and I was impressed upon opening because the main filter housing unit seemed very high quality compare to the old system. Very pleased with the filtered water we get now.

The system was simplified in comparison to previous generations, which make installation a little quicker. TDS numbers are 5-9 most of the time; sometimes in the teens.

It took me a little over an hour to complete the install as I have a faux stone sink hard as rock to drill but the install was comparatively easy. I recommend this system to anyone.

We replaced another system that would only give us a cup of RO water at a time. For this one, it doesn't have a tank and we don't need to wait for the water to be produced, stored, and then dispensed. Pure water the second the faucet is on!
