Have had our system for about 1 month and love it. No sediment in our drinking water, ice and its absolutely great for our coffee makers. Quality for the water for cooking, bathing, washing- all greatly improved. My husband said it was very easy to install, only needed to pick up extra hose at a local hardware store. Prior to this we had an under the sink small filtration system and it did not work well at all. We had a whole house system similar to this in our home about 8 years and ago and was sorry we left it behind. We are so happy that we purchased this type of system again.

Couldn't find an o-ring when I installed the system. Called iSpring and they sent one right away. It turned out that I accidentally dropped the o-ring and it was later found behind the trash can. Great customer service!

Sent water samples to a lab and the results came back very satisfying. 100% of the contaminants were either below the mnimum detection level or not detected at all.Highly recommend this system to anyone who wants to make sure the water running in their house is safe and healthy!

Here in the Arizona desert we probably have the worst water in the country. The tap water keeps us alive but also kills us slowly. We did not know that a decent reverse osmosis water filter system and a whole house system for home use can be so affordable and the water tastes so good, as good as the most expensive spring water from Alaska. It sounds too good to be true but it is the case for this ISPRING. Got their RCC7, which was extremely easy to install. This WGB21B system took us a little while as we added a bypass. Totally worth it! We now have clean refreshing water right from every tap. No need to worry about water running in our house ever. We cant live without these systems now. I am going to purchase the same systems for my mothers house. I am sure she would be pleased. ISPRING rocks!

Have this whole house system and a ro unit in my kitchen. My coffee tastes better, and my hair and skin are softer after showers! Thank you, iSpring, for such great filtering products!
