Very impressed with the quality of this filter kit. I watched the installation video 2x while waiting for it to arrive, and after that it literally took me about 30 minutes to install this system. The wife is very very happy with the taste and clarity of the water after after the install. We had moved to a very old part of town, and there are probably a good deal of older lead pipes in the system as the water quality was much worse than the newer neighborhood we previously lived in. I dont have a tester, but she says its way better than her favorite local filtered spring water, and Im happy to say that Ill never have to lug the big 2.5 gallon containers in from Kroger again, since shes so pleased with this.

This is a great product that really works as advertised. From start to finish it took me about 90 minutes to install the system, and it is working very well. The parts are both high quality and easy to work with. The instructions are very straightforward, and the YouTube video is definitely worth watching a couple of times as well (just so you understand the process from start to finish). This system took my tap water from about 270 ppm to about 20 ppm, and the water tastes great as well. If you are looking for an easy and effective way to get better water in your house without breaking the bank, this is definitely something you should use.

I bought this unit to replace a high-end unit that was leaking and the difference is amazing. The amount of water production is up, the pressure has greatly increased and the amount of wasted water from the reverse flush has decreased. I have yet to run out of filtered water, even when my wife uses it for all our cooking. My in-door refrig water and ice also works much better and then before. In the area I live the water has a high iron count and I was replacing filters in the old unit every 2 months due to lack of water pressure. Ive had this iSpring unit installed now for nearly 3 1/2 months and I see no reduction in water pressure, quality or amount of water produced. It will be interesting to see how long it takes before having to replace the inexpensive primary filters. Overall; I am very pleased with the quality of this filtering system, inexpensive product maintenance cost and water quality of the unit. I would highly recommend it so far to anyone looking for a RO filtering system. One other note is the customer service. Once I purchased the unit I was contacted with a friendly email to see if I had any issues with the install or the unit itself. They are more then willing to help with any technical issues (in which I havent had any) or the general product itself and I still receive just a friendly email note to check and see if the unit is still performing to my standards. iSpring seems to still have the old school service that I remember from in years past and it is really refreshing!

Solid unit. Takes standard filter cartridges. Produces excellent quality water, just as an RO should. In addition to these basic, but important product features there are two important differentiators of this unit. It comes with a very good quality faucet, and it comes with an electronic leak detector. BOTH of these features are very valuable.

1) Watch the YouTube videos, and pre-read the instructions. This would help greatly on the install, as the instruction manual is short and simple. 2) The install is really really easy, very much a plug and play. Given all your connectors match. I had zero experience installing these things. 3) Biggest issue Ive seen people experience is the drain clap not fitting the existing pipe, I was lucky to find a section that just fit. 4) To my understanding the unit works on back pressure. Therefore, every time I turn on or off the main water feed the unit leaks a little from the pressure within. 5) After I bought the system I learned the amount of water wasted by a RO system is high. From what I have read anywhere from 50% to 75% of the intake water by a RO system could be wasted. That is really really inefficient. I thought a RO system would be cheaper than buying water, Ill see in a few month when I get my water bill. Do your research before buying any RO system. 6) If you prepared before hand making sure everything fits, it would save you a lot of headache and trips to the hardware store.

The unit arrived as promised and the installation was a breeze. Followed the detailed video instructions and the installation took about 2 hours. Email response was very quick. Looking forward to using the system.

Bought this system to replace an older RO unit. Took longer to remove the old system than to install the iSpring unit. A big part of the reason is the innovative quick-connect tubing system iSpring has on their product...which makes installation a snap. The provided installation instructions as well as the on-line video take all the guesswork out of hooking it up properly. I live in Canada and found this unit very competitively priced. In fact, I also purchased a years supply of replacement filters because of the pricing. Quality of all materials and workmanship are very high. Water quality is excellent and refreshing. Very pleased overall!!

I am extremely not mechanically-inclined, but the reviews about this system saying how easy it was to install gave me the confidence to give it a try. Amazingly, thanks to the directions, the online video, and the fact that all of the tubes are conveniently color-coded, I was somehow able to install this system under the sink of our new home with zero problems. That night, we were already enjoying our fresh, clean water - and no more need to buy bottles of water from the store. Thanks, iSpring!
