Love the unit. No leaks first try. Just a future product suggestion. Offer a unit with an on-demand delivery pump (for refrigerator water-ice dispenser). 10-15 psi may not be enough for this application. Offer some fittings with simple pipe thread fittings in the event someone wants to install on a cold water pipe somewhere, not necessarily off a cold water faucet valve.

We read all of the reviews and decided this would be the filter for us. At first we were debating on whether doing the self installation ourselves or paying to get it done. So glad we listened to the reviews and watched the youtube videos... its definitely doable and if you follow the video instructions you will have no problem. (Definitely will need a drill if you dont have one). The whole setup takes less than an hour. Now in regards to the filter: EXCELLENT. Immediately we can smell and taste the difference in the water! So happy we finally made the change!

Easy to install yourself, just follow the You Tube instructional video. Fantastically clear - pure water (youll need to take mineral supplements as this removes the good and the bad) Buy a cold water feed saddle clamp to connect to the water and you wont need a plumber.

This was the second ISping RO system we've installed. The first was at out home in West Texas. One has to have RO water to survive. We installed the second system at our lake house. Both installations were a breeze. Installation instructions were precise and easy to follow. We've been using our first system for a year and are completely satisfied. The water tastes great. As good as any bottled water you can buy. I'd recommend this system to anyone wanting great tasting water.

Bought this for my family since we have hard water where we live (a city where yucky water is synonymous with the name of the town). On a scale of 1-5 (5 being super hard) to set up, it was about a 3. The instructions were basically for EVERY iSpring model, and not our model specific. It wouldve been nice to have instructions for OUR specific model. The water itself: we can definitely taste a difference. Its a clean taste. The ice cubes weve made with this water are clear compared to the previous cubes wed make with our unfiltered water. Well see how easy it is to maintain and change filters later on!

The system arrived on time and the manufacturer contacted me multiple times to offer support. I reviewed the recommended video and it installed per the video in about two hours. I also ran an extra line to my fridge (Ice Maker). I tested my water before the system installation and my city water tested at 168 PPM. My post installation test result was 12 PPM (93% improvement), which is equivalent to bottled water....very happy with the purchase thus far.

We love having RO water and when we moved to our new house, it didnt have it. So we bought this unit to keep having access to RO water. It is fantastic! It was super easy to install by reading the instructions and then following along with the video. I definitely recommend buying this unit if you are in the market for one. Three tips: - If you have granite counter tops like we do, pay $100-$125 to have a professional drill you the hole. Dont ruin your counters on a DIY. We had a pro do it and it took about 25 minutes for him to drill the hole perfectly. Dont be a hero. - When you insert the tubing where it needs to go, make sure you really put some force to it so it snaps in to place. If you dont feel that snap/pop, it will leak. - After you have installed the unit and turned on the valve to fill your holding tank, Let it fill up and fully drain (via the faucet) 2-3 times to make sure you get rid of any post-carbon filter flavor. After our third fill and dump the water was perfect.
