I love the end result. The faucet looks nice on my sink. The water is excellent, went from 225 ppm to 7 ppm. Not to mention the sulfur smell from the tap is not present through the systems faucet. Taste is the best I’ve had from any filters I’ve ever used. What I like least probably would be that I am unable to fill my dogs waterer in a single pouring but the dogs water is 3 gallons. This is due to the system storing water in the tank. Have had the system for about 2 months now and still loving it

I purchased this water system for my new kitchen. It fits under the sink nicely. The unit is large, and I chose this one for the features it had. The faucet itself matches the finish of the regular sink faucet. I did have it installed by a plumber. I use the water from the iSpring system for my coffeepot. The water taste is so much better than I had with one of the faucet mounted type. Nick sent me an email to see if I was happy with the system. Im very happy with it. I will add a video to show how it looks under the sink.

We have really bad well water. With the installation of a water softener and the iSpring filtration system-our water is clean, pure and tastes wonderful. Product is well made and a little complicated to install but the directions and video made it possible. Nick from ispring was very helpful. Best of all we no longer have to buy bottled water!!!

This is an amazing undersink RO system - I am getting over 95% reduction of TDS from my well water feed of over 500 ppm TDS! Because my well system has a large-capacity aerator storage tank, I opted for the model that includes an ultraviolet light sterilizer to eliminate any biological pathogens that might be present in the feed water. The system is easy to install, especially for someone that is a do-it-yourself kind of person... if you have the ability to change out your own sink faucet, then you can easily install this system. I even tied the RO output into my refrigerator ice maker line! Definitely recommend this RO system! Thanks to Nick for the customer service followup!

 Just got it installed and I think it’ll be good to go for the long haul. The installation was easy enough but I did get mixed up based off one picture in the instructions. If I left the filters setup the way they came there wouldn’t have been a problem. Did need to drain the tank twice to clear up the taste also. And thanks Nick for checking up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was okay!

Weve had this filter setup a couple years now and it continues to perform wonderfully. I installed this in the basement where itd be a little easier to access when changing filters by building a little bracket suspended from the joists (we have an old farmhouse). We hooked this up to both a drinking facet and the refrigerator which has been super convenient. The process of changing filters is pretty straight forward and it seems to be holding up quite well.
