iSpring systems are made of high quality, sturdy materials. This system is no exception. I am pleased with the quality of each filter, the pump, and the connection materials. The color coding construction and ease of installation will make the superior clean water ready to serve that much quicker. iSpring Customer Service was phenomenal and responsive to the discrepancies, no fault of their own, of our order.

Great filter, and easy to install. I think I got a newer model because the booklet didn't match some of the parts I had, but I looked it up and was able to confirm I wasnt missing anything. So if the attachment to the faucet looks different, its probably the same issue I ran into. Also a note, I'm only moderately handy, and I was a little afraid to tackle plumbing, but this felt like a major accomplishment. I took it on and took it step by step and had no issues!

I measured the particular matter with digital meter, my cistern filtered water that is feeding into it is 150 ppm and after going through the ispring came down to 15ppm just the same as bottled water. Does the job perfectly. Only issue were tap connectors which they supply some but had to get some extra from hardware store. I have hooked to my fridge and worked perfectly with clear ice.

The water tastes great. I had my handyman install it and it was not hard according to him. I do not know the cost of replacement of the filters and they need to be replaced every 6 months to a year depending on the water usage. I love the water and I am happy that all parts came as ordered. Comes with its own faucet as dedicated. It is not a whole-house filter.

Installed pretty easy. I tested it with a TDS meter and it is 96.3% efficient. Even the faucet (brushed nickel) matches our normal faucet very well. I installed it in the basement, so extra tubing was required. Home Depot has extra fittings if needed. I will monitor the efficiency every few months to establish a filter change schedule. My incoming water pressure is only 30 psi, so I was surprized it actually lifts water up to my kitchen sink.

Top quality RO Syatem. We love it, and the included faucet is high quality. I have owned many of RO systems and I always wind up buying a new Faucet for around $50, this one includes a high quality one.

i live by the beach, so the water here is hard. i tested the particles in the faucet and it is over 500!! so to drink i used one of these pitcher water filter and it dropped it a little to the high 480s!! so still not good enough. then i got this water filtration system. the reading was between 5 and 20 !! so it is now perfect for drinking

Installation took few hours but as long as you have done good job reading instructions or watching the you tube videos you should be able to install it by yourself. The daunting task is around drilling hole in the drain pipe which should be done with caution and finally make sure you do several rounds of leak test before you call it done. The water quality is as expected from the filter and its been 2+ months and have been working very well.

I have had this system for a litttle over a year, and we continue to love it. It was a replacement for another system that had an air gap faucet, and we specifically went with this model for the purpose of not having an air gap (which continually made dripping noises). This system is somewhat large compared to others, but still fits under one side of my kitchen sink - leaving the other side for storage.

This system is awesome. We were for the longest time paying for water delivery, and it just seemed to get pricier and more inconvenient. We either had too many bottles, not enough bottles , and our dispenser was using energy to keep the water cool. Now life is better!!! We had no space under the sink, so we installed ours outside the house, in a weather proof mounted exterior cabinet. We had water outside, so we just installed a flexible copper water line to the unit and one for the fridge, and tapped the drain to the AC drain( it just happens everything runs in the same area at my house). Following the instructions the unit is fairly easy to assemble and install. We used all the original parts, tubes included, with the exception of the aforementioned fridge and feed line, as well as a copper line running through my wall to the faucet. I am keeping the rest of the tubes as extras. The sink faucet is actually really good quality, Ive seen worse things at HD for $20+, and this one is included. Once hooked up, the unit took a couple good hours to fill , and after that it worked great. The ice in the icemaker looks and tastes great as well, we don't have any more funky residue as we did before with regular tap water. We have now over 6 month on this unit and no problems whatsoever. No more water delivery ever again !
